 Four of us booked private accommodation w. bathroom, and we got a nice, big and clean apartment.

Laid back hippy atmosphere. Comfy bed and free towel much appreciated. Lovely owners. Great position at the end of Vaci Utca. I would recommend solo female travellers booking the female only dorm as I met loads of fab people this way.

We had our own very BIG apartment. Very good value for the money. Besides the problems checking in, they where very helpfull and vi got them to make a sightseeing tour for us.

Nico is very nice and relaxed ;) Free internet and wifi is essential. This hostel is much more down to earth than most hostels, which I think is great! It feels very personal and creates a very relaxed atmosphere.

i got the double room in separate building from normal hotel at level 4 in other building. the double room was excellent. far better than what was pictured with balcony and totsñlly señlf contained incl washer, kitchen etc. absolute bargain.

This hostel has the most relaxed atmosphere of any that I've encountered. Nino and the staff are flexible to a fault.
The only problem I had was the constant smoking of staff and guests, but I suppose a liberal smoking policy would be an attraction to some.
All in all, I had a great time. Thanks!

Nino is really friendly and helpful. The exterior of the building looks run-down but the interior is comfortable. The location is superb.

Quiet, clean and friendly, that about sums it up. At first I was a bit skeptical, but after a night spent there it was great.

Reallygreat hostel, very homely and welcoming, all the amenities of a home which you so rarely find in hostels.i.e fully equiped kitchen, own personal fridge, tv in room and endless HOTWATER! godsend!
The owner and staff are really lovely and promote an easygoing atmosphere and are overly willing to give the "local" info that is really helpful... thats 5 stars from me!

This hostel is really well located and really quiet. Hot water all the time and many heatings if you feel cold!
We found there, exactly in the kitchen, a super-receptionnist abble to do everything and two bresilian people. This hostel is not only an hostel where you can have good dreams, but also a place to meet foreign people and have a lot of fun...

location, host nino being nice and very helpful, even explaining the best spots to go out and eat, offer to go to very nice appartment for the same price, we could arrive in the middle of the night no problem
