Liked: Amazingly helpful staff, we were given a map of the city and then she circled all the things she thought we might like to visit and talked through loads of things about Budapest. Brilliant. Felt very homey. Laundry is free if you have your own detergent!

Disliked: It was very quiet while we were there, greatly lacking in atmosphere. Difficult to find.

Liked: Small, but very welcoming. Tucked away in an apartment building near all the action.

Disliked: A bit small, and felt crammed. But if you don't mind a smaller space then it's perfect.

Liked: It was very colorful! The rooms had character and the painting was really great. For such a cheap place, it was great value for money; it is in a great location with lots of metro and tram stations around, and it had a funky feel.

Disliked: We got bitten by spiders in the night!! We woke up with quite a few bites... But, otherwise, it was really nice! Very helpful!

Liked: Good location, near the downtown. Very friendly staff :)

Disliked: the entrance to the building is a little bit scary, but in the inside os the hostal is good!!

Liked: It was cheap and had an excellent location, right in the middle of everything in Budapest. The staff were more helpful than the tourist info centre.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: hostel was very accessible by foot and public transport. staff were very friendly and helpful when they were there.

Disliked: my five bed dorm had three lockers, all of them damaged in some way, one was impossible to lock. it was very difficult to find a staff member, but when i could they were outstanding.

Liked: Martin was very friendly and happy to help. Free wi-fi and clothes washing were good, and was a good location to be able to walk everywhere. Was good to only have 5 people in dorm - great value for money.

Disliked: Not really sure what happened about the "free afternoon tea", but I didn't bother asking either - accommodation was so cheap it doesn't matter!

Liked: Definitely stay at this hostel! It is situated in the perfect location right in the centre of everything but there's also easy access to the metro. It's literally a home from home and you are made feel so welcome right from the beginning. The hostel owner was the most helpful and friendly we have met yet.

Disliked: Nothing! loved it all!

Liked: The staff was totally nice and friendly. The location is perfect, the place is like a house, very nice and comfortable. I loved it, I had a terrific time in this hostel and in Budapest.

Disliked: The beds were old, not for princess XDDD. On the other side, the blankets were adorable, cozy and warm.
