Liked: This is a very homey place with a great group of very friendly, helpful staff. It is perfect for small groups or single travelers that enjoy a beautiful, quiet room, great atmosphere and being close to a lot of cool places and sites. I will only stay at this place when I return to Budapest.

Disliked: Small common area.

Liked: A lovely old building with a cooling patio and very nice rooms. What is more important is the very helpful staff. They are doing a very good job and they like their job which is about the best you can get. Totally recommended !

Liked: Staff was super helpful and took a lot of time to give us pointers on what to see and which restaurants and bars we should check out. The hostel itself was decorated nicely, really cool looking. Right beside a metro stop, getting to all the different sites was super easy. Definitely recommend!

Liked: Great place to stay in Budapest. The people running the hostel were fantastic. They knew the city inside and out and could tell you where to walk on a map to see the most you could out of the city. The only negative aspect was that I didn't stay longer. Stay here!

Liked: The perfect place to rest your head in Budapest. Close to the city center and amazing bath. The dormitory is comfy and cozy! Will definitely stay here if I ever visit Budapest again!

Liked: Brilliant hostel!! Was here for three nights and just wished i could have stayed there for longer.The owner is a very nice guy and will give great advice on where to go and what to do. The hostel is very close to the city center and close to public transportation if you don't want to walk. The free tea and coffee was also good help!

Liked: Very good location and the free internet was a boost, good place to meet people and had a really good stay in budapest.

Disliked: The staff could have done more to help and only did the bare minimum.

Liked: This was a really cool little hostel, located right in the downtown and pretty much in the center of everything. The staff were extremely helpful. Everything that they recommended was very good.

Disliked: Common area closed at 11pm.

Liked: One of the best hostels I've been to, really great staff, everyone really helpful. Met really great people too. You can walk everywhere, didn't even need to use the subway or any kind of transportation. I really recommend !

Liked: I was very grateful for the hostels location in a nice cozy neighborhood. Access by metro is very good. Staff in the hostel is simply great and very very helpful. also they provide fans for the summer heat which helps a lot in this time. Thank you !

Disliked: Maybe they should put a mirror in the small toilet.

Liked: The best hostel we stayed at during our trip would defiantly recommend it to anyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful and always seemed to be cleaning the hostel. Although quite a small hostel we met some great people and had a good time! If I come back to Budapest I will be staying here again!!

Liked: I am hard pressed to say anything positive other than the location.

Disliked: instead of writing a comprehensive list of all of the things that I found disagreeable about this hostel I will list a few of the highlights. 1. Upon arrival the staff attempted to charge a different price from that of the price agreed upon. 2. The staff was far from helpful and welcoming, lacking even a basic knowledge of the layout of the city, giving us blatantly incorrect information about the location of attractions in the city. 3. Although the hostel lists a plethora of rules, none of them seemed to be adhered to in any fashion. 4. Roaches... literally in the furniture. 5. One shower for 26 people and 2 toilets.

Liked: Location is perfect. Main street and bars within 10 minutes walking distance. The hostel is spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly. They gave me a lot of directions for the city and night life. Highly recommended.

Liked: Quiet, small hostel, so it's not the most social place but you can still socialize with your roommates. Pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Quite cheap. I had book extra nights. I would come back!

Liked: Amazingly friendly and cozy. I met very nice people, friends for life! At night is perfect for a good sleep because the common area is closed at 11pm. The people who wants to drink or make parties are going out at that time so it is very good for me that I like to rest during the night. :-) I will be back!!
