Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It's incredibly cozy and well decorated but its also in an excellent location. I don't usually like hostels but this one was by far my favorite place I've stayed in Europe. It was wonderful to be greeted by a hot cup of tea, a glass of Hungarian wine and friendly faces. I'd definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Everything was great! No complaints.

Liked: Great hostel with familiar atmosphere. Unique fitting and furnishing. We really loved this little hostel! The staff was friendly and helpful, we got to taste hungarian wine and food! They even showed us nice places to go. Our room was great, big with a bed upstairs and cozy. It was an allover pleasant stay!

Disliked: I think we didn't have towels.

Liked: The decorations were nice and unique. The hostel staff were really hospitable and gave us very helpful directions and recommendations about where to go, where to eat etc.. We also had a great FREE hungarian dinner in the hostel cooked by the hostel staff, with good wine and palinka!

Liked: I like the design of the hostel, esp. the common room, toilets corridor, etc, it's special. The room are clean and spaceous and bathroom are clean too!The staff are nice and helpful...they will give you a brief introduction about where to go, eat and drink in Budapest. They also have staff sleep in the hostel so it's 24 hrs reception if you need some help!On Friday, they will cook some traditional Hungarian food and of course with some alcohol tasting, this helps to mingle the people and meet with other people.

Disliked: probably only the 3 floor stairs but I already know it before I book this hostel....so not really! One last thing, the last part about using public transportation from airport to hostel is missing in the website....

Liked: After travelling for three months, this is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The place was an amazing location in the center of Budapest and we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms were really hip but also really comfortable and quiet!

Disliked: NOTHING!

Liked: Well guys, this was a big fat five stars stay at your hostel. I just loved it! The staff is incredibly helpful, and they are well-traveled, so they'll help you not only in discovering Budapest, but they can also give you tips on what to see at other travel destinations, and countries. If you want to feel at home from the very first moment, and you're looking for a great atmosphere, then this is your place. Atmosphere, fantastic location, great value, amazing people and cozy bedrooms. I would warmly recommend it to anybody, especially because besides all the good things, this hostel is situated in one of the best parts of Budapest and you really won't miss anything.

Disliked: Well, this is silly, but I have lots of troubles with my hair, so I only missed a mirror in my room :)

Liked: Quirky decor, not like your usual sterile, ikea furnished hotel. Everyone was so nice, even got a doctor to see me when I was I'll. Quiet hostel, but we share a Hungarian meal with everyone in the hostel which was nice to meet everyone and lean about Hungary. Was a great place to have some time out.

Disliked: Best property, location though could hear through the walls, like most hostels but is a pretty quiet place so it doesn't bother you.

Liked: The owners of the hostel are super nice and helpful. We literally followed their advise and had a really good local tour rather than following guide book. The location is very good close to everywhere. I also like the alternative design of the place, really cozy and warm.

Liked: Its quirky de core, great location and incredibly helpful owners. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Internet was free.

Disliked: There was little to dislike. Not really a place to go if you are travelling on your own and wanting to meet people.

Liked: Sarah, who was manning the place when I was there, was really helpful in making my trip enjoyable. She actually took out a map to tell me where I could find good food and shopping. I had a really good time trying out the places she recommended. My trip to Budapest would not have been as fun without her.

Liked: Wow! A great place to stay. It's definitely the people who make this hostel....and the staff is just incredibly friendly and helpful.The atmosphere is very relaxed and it's really a small art hostel. Rooms are nice decorated as well. The common area is very good for having a chat with others or take a meal.

Disliked: There is no breakfast offer, sometimes no hot water and sometimes too hot water in bathroom due to the old heater.

Liked: Fantastic place with loads of character, the word 'hostel' does it a disservice, it's more like a friendly B&B. Great rooms, bathrooms and common area. Close to attractions and public transport. Would recommend highly.

Liked: Everything! Andreas was beyond helpful and we really felt like we had been staying with friends all week. The property is really cool and interesting and in a superb location for all the sights - two minutes from Metro. Having stayed in a few places around Europe I would happily say that this was by far the best. I hope we can go back someday.

Disliked: If you're a big fan of crazy drunken backpackers then don't stay here. This place is chilled out in the extreme. It is also really for couples of pairs of people as all the rooms are doubles. Also there are a lot of stairs - so be prepared to give your thighs a work out. There is also no air-conditioning but there are lots of fans to keep you cool in the sweltering Budapest heat.

Liked: It's a beautiful apartment in a fantastically convenient location. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly in making sure that everyone was happy and giving some much needed assistance with local taxis.A really great place to stay, couldn't recommend it enough.

Disliked: Another bathroom would be nice, but it hardly mattered even with a massive group of us.
