Liked: Hostel is great value for money. The staff are really nice and friendly and always willing to help you get around. Its located in good area close to the trams. I will be going back!!

Liked: The staff are very helpful here. The hostel is clean. It is quite a relaxed place, not really a party zone but cool for chilling out especially when it's snowing! the tv loft is a great idea and so is the notice board letting you know all the events on for that day. The hostel itself has cool bunk rooms and beds.

Liked: The staff was great. They were so friendly and the most helpful when it came to finding things to see and places to go. The location was great as it was only a 3 min walk from the train station.

Liked: Great place, great people. Definately worth it. I had a little trouble getting used to the keys but the hostel is good. Free tea/coffee all the time, helpful staff, a happy place..

Liked: the place had a great atmosphere and the staff was really nice and friendly. the location was OK, however you still needed to walk app. 15 min till the Centre (Chain Bridge). there is no check out hour which is great as we left our luggage there until the evening. we had wireless internet in the room which is also a plus.

Liked: The GROOVE was simply AMAZING. the people working there were so nice and helpful woth anything we needed; the location is perfect becuase it is right by on of the major metro stops and a few really great clubs. The hostel is VERY clean and has has a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. I felt like i was living in my own apartment and not at all like i was in a hostel. Probably the best hostel ive stayed at. Thanks Groove!

Liked: This was by far the best hostel ive ever stayed at. I initially booked for the one night but in the end i stayed for over three weeks. the staff were more than helpful and on many occasions they even took us out. the staff even cooked traditional meals for the guests to share. even though the Groove markets itself as a Hostel, staying there is more like staying at a friends place. theres such a warm homely feel about the place. if im ever in budapest again i will definately be staying at the GROOVE.

Liked: very good atmosphere. nice small hostel and the nicest people that work there, everybody is very helpful and kind. the place has got great big beds, much space, common room is a relaxed place to meet people. go to this hostel! the only bad thing about this place is that you don't want to leave it to see the beautiful city. Thanks

Liked: Great location! The people were super friendly and the layout of the hostel was great. The staff was always eager to help with directions or things to do. Also as as soon as you walk in they introduce themselves and offer tea/coffee. It was very clean too! A must stay in Budapest!!!

Liked: This hostel was in a beautiful old building in a good location. It had the most character out of any hostel I've ever stayed in and was more like living in an apartment in Budapest. It was very peaceful and quiet and chilled out. Not much of a party hostel but it was a great home away from home where I finally got to cook my own food, make myself a cup of tea, chill out watching dvds, etc etc. I met some great people and it's close to bars and clubs.

Liked: Among a lot of other good things, the best was the very laid-back attitude of the staff, the super-friendly atmosphere. I've actually didn't feel like being in a hostel, but like visiting a friend. It's also worth to mention that for this price, the location, the interior, the service etc. you get is just incredible. Obviously these guys don't just work there, but they clearly love to do what they are doing, and it's actually dealing with you.

Liked: really cool hostel. probably the best i've stayed in so far. located downtown, very friendly staff, big spacious rooms, clean bathrooms. the lounge is perfect to meet fellow travelers, and go out together, even the staff :)thanks, the groove!

Liked: Excellent hostel, I recommend it at everybody who want to visit Budapest in the best conditions.When you enter in the hostel, you feel immediately at home, and you meet a lot of people very friendly. The staff is very helpful, and can tell you everything you need to know about Budapest. The hostel is in the center of the city, so you can go everywhere quickly.In one word, the best place to stay if you go to Budapest !!

Liked: Thank You All For my time in Hungary! A Very nice Hostel, WIth friendly people, A nice view from the Balcony, Free Cofee, close to everything, and a very cosy atmosplhere. When you want to be with people you can be in the main room, when alone in the balcony, there is a very nice room to watch movies. Really recomend , gave me 50 % of my fun in Budapest. Bye.
