Liked: Maverick was great! It was very clean and modern and the stuff the friendliest and most helpful. Our private room was super nice and cheap. We had a little incident with the plumbing in our bathroom but the staff at Maverick was quick on that and apologetic. Very awesome! Highly recommended!

Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Liked: I love this hostel!! Everything is great, the room is neat, the kitchen is so well-equiped, the common area is warm and cozy, the location is so convienet to travellers....and last but no least, the staff are super helpful and friendly. (Thomas, thanks a lot again!) I will strongly recommend this hostel to anyone who will visit Budapest!

Liked: The staff were quite helpful & recommended a great place to eat that we ended up going to every night! They also looked stuff up, called taxi's & printed flight tickets out for us, which was very nice! The location is really good, it's super close to the train station, but it's so central that we just walked everywhere. The building itself is beautiful as well (although inside the hostel everything is new, which is good for cleanliness, but a bit sad that there's no original features).

Disliked: The curtains aren't particularly thick, so it gets quite light in the room once the sun comes up. The free tea & coffee were great, & there was a lot of herbal tea but no english breakfast tea (which is a pretty specific complaint i suppose!). It is a little difficult to find, although the instructions on the site aren't too bad, it's just that it's in a sort of apartment block, and the sign that says Maverick Hostel is quite small at the door. It's about 5 shops/buildings from the corner where the train station is, if that helps anyone!

Liked: Really modern decorated room, which was very nice. We were basically in an apartment with other people but with our own room (which locked), with excellent facilities; internet, lounge area, kitchen, etc. Just a fantastic place to stay. Also, a good location, and very friendly owner. Lots of information on tours, etc on hand at the reception desk.

Liked: Was one of the best hostels we've stayed at while in Europe. Location was excellent, very central. Staff was helpful in providing information on where to visit in Budapest and also with printing out bus tickets. Was also nice having free coffee and tea. The palinka tasting social night was great fun!

Disliked: Our room was a bit noisy as it was facing the main street and the curtains in the room were a bit thin. But other than that it was a great hostel!

Liked: The hostel is wonderful! The place is absolutely cleaned and youth and has an excellent localization (very near from the underground station) in the centre of the Budapest! The staff is amazing, very helpful!

Disliked: I didn`t like nothing! For me the service was absolutely good!

Liked: This is one of my favorite hostel experiences so far. It is not such a crazy party place, but really nice to meet people here, and is not a far walk from many really great places. The staff is so nice and professional, but at the same time laid back. I really feel at home here and have booked two extra nights because I dont want to leave. The rooms are really awesome, and the free internet, towel and linen is always a plus. There are two kitchens which makes my traveling much easier to cook for cheap. I love this hostel.

Disliked: Somewhat hard to find when I got here. It is in the second floor of an apartment building. The website could possibly give better instructions on how to get in the gate and where to go from there when first arriving.

Liked: This is possibly the best hostel I've ever stayed, the building is beautiful with a contemporary interior - ie everything is clean and new. The staff were super friendly and helpful, we arrived to a buzzing atmosphere of people having fun, even on a Sunday night. It really was a pleasant stay.

Disliked: Couldn't say a bad word about the place.

Liked: The location is fantastic, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the hostel has a remarkable number of amenities (internet, television, luggage room).

Disliked: There's nothing to dislike about the hostel whatsoever, although if you're traveling on a bare-bones budget, you might want to opt for a cheaper hostel that might not have as many amenities as Maverick, though Maverick is well worth its (very reasonable) price.

Liked: We stayed at Ms Lemon. Double bed one. Quite clean and comfortable ,just like apartment. wifi stable. Tea bags and coffee will be provided. quite clean and can cook by yrself. The location is good and near to all attraction.

Disliked: It takes time to find the hostel as there's no significant signal of the Hostel.
