Liked: The perfect location, the amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The hostel interior itself is first class, everything is clean and nice. It is a quiet place, and this was exactly what we needed, it felt like coming home at the end of the day.

Liked: Excellent location - central to the city & close to all public transport links & major city sights. The hostel is beautifully presented - our room was large & clean, comfortable, bright & airy. Kitchen & bathroom facilities were again clean & well maintained. Large guest common area with TV/DVD & DVD library, internet connection, & useful tourist information. Very friendly staff who were keen to assist with queries, suggest activities & restaurants, & pass on their knowledge of the city. The staff's low-key, no-fuss approach was much appreciated, and contributed to a very enjoyable stay at the Downtown Oasis which I would highly recommend to any traveller.

Liked: Everything. Truly a fantastic place. Very clean and cozy. Nice change after impersonal bunk-bed hostels. The staff are very friendly, they helped us a lot getting around and recommending places to go out. We enjoyed our stay here a lot, actually we came back for a second stay. The location is perfec, you dont have to use public transportation to visit the sights, though it is close to the metro hub and buses.
