Liked: One of the best hostels I stayed in on my trip and set the bar for the others. Wish all hostels were like this, clean, great decor and rooms, great kitchen area (with proper knives!). The staff were really nice and were young local hungarians who grew up in Budapest. Martin the owner was great and they made us pancakes one night too. The atmosphere was really relaxed, it wasn't one of those hostels where they have loads of rules and make you pay for everything, breakfast was included and you could have a free towel if you wanted. Basically I really liked it here, felt really at home!!

Disliked: Nothing...except maybe location although it is right next to the metro line.

Liked: friendly staff - they told me everything about the city and her attraction, even we went out together along with other fellow backpacker guided by one of the staff, warm atmosphere. they have everything I need for a runaway! cozy place, nice common room, free exercise (it's on the 3rd floor), well equiped kitchen (somehow I love to cook..), dvdplayer, and a good accoustic GUITAR. Definitely the best hostel (from all that i stayed during my trip)

Liked: The staff are very friendly and happy to help you out when you need it, good size rooms with plenty of space, and the location is a short walk into the main area

Disliked: Air con didn't work one night so was very hot. Other than that no problems.

Liked: It was the best hostel I ever stayed. Fells home, it's perfect to meet people and Hungarian's staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. I recommend for travelers for sure!!!

Liked: Cosy place / not too big, cosy small kitchen, cosy rooms with space and lockers. Good breakfast, jolly staff, and all city is walkable from hostel. Such a chilled out atmosphere here. Yep, i'd come again 4 sure.

Liked: A HOME AWAY FROM HOME, Lovely people, Great Place, 100s of Movies, Nice breakfast, Easy to find, Walk everywhere, Typical Hungarian Dinner on Fridays for free... PERFECT

Liked: Free WiFi. Free dinner at fryday it was good. Free breackfast was great because we can eat vegetables and fruits a part from nomal meel.

Disliked: Far from main station. Staff force me change bed and room. I know reason for couple but even I dicline to move because I hate it very much and very tired.. I've never done same as this hostel.

Liked: I've been in a lot of hostels and this is by far one of the best. The staff is helpful and nice, the place is clean, the rooms are nicely decorated. It is like stating at a friend's house.

Liked: Helpful staff helping not only in the hostel but also the time I spent outside. Great guide for the city and great company for the night life.

Liked: Bebop is a fantastic hostel! The rooms are incredibly spacious, the staff are some of the most friendly and helpful we've encountered, it's super clean and the free breakfast is always a plus. The kitchen facilities are also top notch.

Disliked: One small thing. Most of the ceiling lights didn't work and the rooms were lit by smaller lamps and became quite gloomy when the sun went down. This minor issue is literally the only way I could fault what was really an awesome place to stay!

Liked: Everything!!!! I felt so comfortable, like I was visiting a friend & staying in their apartment. The staff were really helpful & nice. Breakfast was great. Layout of bedroom was awesome- I didn't have to climb a bunk bed! :o) We have an A/C in our room!!!!! It was perfect, as it was so hot. Location was good. Budapest is small & it's possible to walk everywhere but if you are lazy or unable then the metro is 2 mins from hostel. Supermarket & shopping centre pretty much right behind hostel. Was clean!!! AND on Friday nights is communal cooking- where everyone helps to make a traditional Hungarian dish & enjoy together. It is really delish!!!! :o)

Disliked: Only one thing..... Hot in kitchen & common room! I know it's summer but an extra fan here and there definitely wouldn't go a stray. But at least theres air-cons in dorms, yay!

Liked: Great place to stay. Friendly staff with lots of advice on where to eat/drink, nice lounge to meet other travellers - it's small so it's really sociable. Would definitely come back!

Disliked: The room was hot and sometimes had to wait for bathrooms in the morning.

Liked: As an experienced traveller, I can honestly say that this is THE best hostel I have ever stopped in. Such a great atmosphere, super friendly staff. Really nice breaky. This felt like more of a home then hostel. A home where i was treated as a guest. We love BEBOP!!

Disliked: Bring your earplugs with you, its a bit noisy. It is soon to have air conditioning, so I think this will help reduce noise levels. Lots of steps too. But to hell with it, The only thing really that dissapointed me about this hostel, is that I couldnt stay for longer.

Liked: It is within walking distance of the main sights along the river. The staff were real friendly. The place is more like living in a big family house than a dormitory with the casual atmosphere and way the bedrooms are set up. It was unique to sleep in an old parlor room with tall 12 foot ceilings in individually curtained beds with big loft-like bunks with ladders and wooden padlocked chests. It felt like a kid's dream bedroom. The breakfast food was great, but a little crowded in the small kitchen. I was even offered supper when I first arrived which was great after traveling without a proper meal. It's a bit of exercise to climb the stairs, but worth it for a quite place to sleep. I would definetely recommend this place.

Liked: In the hostel we found a very friendly atmosphere. The hostel and its room were really nice and comfortable. It was lovely styled. The staff give us a atmosphere of coming home or staying at friends. We loved the friday ungarian self-made chickenmeal. And every morning we got a delicious breakfast. We'll come back...
