Liked: i liked it was 2 bed ensuite, the location, the staff, the kitchen very clean, and use of internet

Disliked: lift didnt seem like it would always work and was 5 flights of stairs

Liked: We liked how this was a bit further away from the train station- was quite easy to get to using the trams and metro.

Disliked: Staff weren't helpful, it was just the one man running it - Eitans father and he didn't speak that much English. It was very quiet, noone around after the first day so we couldn't find out what the wifi password was. Kitchen doesn't have an oven - could have told us.

Disliked: it was terrible and i feel really sucks. in etian guest house there are no staff just one person who is the ownere of this hostel. he can't speak english and even he is not waiting for the guest. reception desk is always empty. i have to wait for 2 hours infront of the guest house and couldn't get inside the guest house!! nobody didn't answer the bell and phone. i can get inside the guest house with other's help. he never say sorry to me and even he swore bad word infront of me! when i pay money, he lied to me about exchange rate and increased the room rates. so i showed the booking paper then he fling the money in my face!! with bad words!! how could it happen? i feel really bad. i don't want to go there! never! if i were you, i will not choose this guest house. he can't speak english and he is not in the reception desk. so you can't get any information of city. and he lied about exchange rate to increase the room rate.

Liked: The location is great - on or near major transport routes. The owner, Eitan, was friendly, helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Liked: Eitan's guesthouse is a really nice little hostel on great location. It's clean, safe an Eitan is very friendly. Only problem is that breakfast is not included in the price. We recommend.
