 Quite clean, cheap, we had breakfast, it deserves the money.
The only negative thing: far from the centre, you loose time to walk to the centre or if you choose public transport you loose money, public transport is much more expensive than in romania.

Receptionist very helpful, rooms basic but good. Ex-Ostblok hotel with shared bathrooms etc, breakfast acceptable, better instructions (how to buy ticket, tram number etc) would help - it is at the very end of a two Km street!!

Two of my roomates live full time at the hostel as students studying at a local university, both good guys. The breakfest is also above and beyond what one would find at the typical hostel.
