Liked: Great atmosphere, clean bed and bathrooms, awesome staff- they are very welcoming and get you involved and meeting new friends from the get go. There's something on every night so you won't ever be bored.

Disliked: If you don't smoke, be aware that the smoking 'room' is actually the hall, so the smoke goes into your room, sticks to your clothes and you go to sleep with the smell of smoke.

Liked: It was in a great location, right by one of the main train stations. The staff were extremely welcoming and it felt more like an apartment full of friends than a hostel!

Liked: The property is well located, close to Nuygati station. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. They always have something going on, each night of the week. If you don't know too many people in Budapest, do go to this hostel, as they'll make you feel part of the community.

Liked: Found this hostel to be more of an extended family/community than just a bed. Excellent for single travellers because of its warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Found all staff and guests very social, helpful and friendly.

Liked: This is my second stay at Carpe and I highly recommend this hostel to all! I will stay at this hostel anytime I am in Budapest! One of the main reasons for my return to Budapest was the friendly, personal, fun an amazing experience at Carpe! This crew will go out of your way to make your stay amazing! They know everything and will take you out for the best nights out!! The atmosphere in the hostel is more like staying at a friends house and ideal for meeting new lifelong friends!

Liked: The staff were so awesome they made u feel like part of a family. they had lots of advice on things to see and do in Budapest and they arranged fun pub crawls every nightt. Hostel was clean and comfortable and in a really good location. I definitely wanna go back to budapest! only thing was there were way too many girls at the hostel!

Disliked: Shweta left no negative feedback.

Liked: Brilliant place. Incredibly friendly staff and really good atmosphere, clean, comfortable and good location. Stay at this hostel if you want to make friends and have lots of fun. Possibly the best hostel Ive ever stayed in
