It was quaint and personal. The staff was very helpful and friendly offering advice and good conversation. Also very conveniently located close to the metro and the Keleti Pu train station.

Cable Television was good for unwinding after a long day. Lots of pamphlets and brochures for ideas on what to do in Budapest.
