Liked: One of the best hostels we stayed at during our travels! staff were lovely ( though one of them called us boring when they were drunk..later apologised, not forgiven) and had a lot of local knowledge including taking us out on there hours off, the rooms were very nice and the whole experience was very sociable, adding to make it one of our favorite countries on the trip, want to return and have recommended to other travellers who later thanked us!

Liked: Large room, nice atmosphere

Disliked: Rooms on the ground floor by the door are very loud at night. Our room was right next to the entrance, so we could hear people speaking outside as well as in the courtyard and reception.

Liked: loved it! how can you go wrong with this place?! great relaxed vibe, but also keen to party! the rooms are amazing for such a low price... i would have no hesitation in staying again

Liked: this is the second time i stay, is awesome. is really cheap and the people that work there are really cool!. i will come back for sure, and all my friends aswell...

Liked: Cinema, kitchen, rooms like small apartments, location!, free internet & wifi, tea & coffee all the time, helpful staff...soap in the bathrooms...

Disliked: Beds were not the best, but definitely no t the worst, toilet&shower in same room so you had to wait to use either but then again it is common in hostels; overall experience was really GOOD!

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful in providing information about Budapest & always happy to point out directions on a map! They also got involved in the pub crawl that the hostel offers which allowed everyone (staff & guests) to get to know each other which created a fun atmosphere! They really made sure everyone was looked after day & night!

Liked: Right near the city and metro so really easy to get around. Really big and spacious rooms with their own bathroom and kitchen. Also a big communal area to meet people with internet and a kitchen. Receptionist also helpful and can book caving or baths for you too

Disliked: Take many ID cards with you. Require each or 10euros for deposits of keys for rooms and lockers! Corridors can be quite noisy

Liked: Greatest Hostel ever!! Super close to the metro, Really cool cinema room, really easy to socialise, Staff are AMAZING!!! especially EVA, JOHN and BARB!!! thank you soo much! Stay here for the best time in Budapest!!

Liked: The best hostel I've stayed in for a while. Really spacious rooms, really nice helpful staff, great location, movie rooms! DECE! 100% stay here!

Liked: staff are friendly. location is quite good.

Disliked: movies are only on one disk so you have to fight if you want to get to watch a movie of your choice.

Liked: The room was biiiiiig, we had our own shelfs, great WiFi from the room, one bathroom+shower for only 4 people, all well equipped: kitchen, cinema!!! and very friendly staff. Very close to subway.

Disliked: My bed was haaaaaaaaaaaard... it seems all mattresses are so thin that you can feel the wood under it. The time I was there it was hot and the room was extremely hot, no air conditioning and only one little fan...plus one of the windos could not open.

Liked: The 11th Hour Cinema Hostel is a hidden jewel. It has unbelievably low prices and a clean, safe, friendly atmosphere.

Liked: the price, location (close to the central area, close to the national museum and the streets), free wifi the bed

Disliked: Computer : there were only 2 computers working, and there were too small spaces to use the computer. one of the computer had a strange date setting(2 weeks later than the actual date) so i couldn't book a hostel by that computer and other computer was tooooo slow. Noise : During I was staying there for 3 days, there were British people screaming and chatting loud until 5am in the morning, and even smoking in the room but the managers didn't do anything to make them calm. No electrics in the rooms : there were no power connection in the room and there's only 3 connection on the kitchen of the room.

Liked: Its not a bad hostel, ok if your on a tight budget. But for a bit more money you can find better hostels. Not a bad experience though!!

Disliked: Although its a nice little hostel, its not very homey and its not an enviroment one feels at ease to meet people. But like i said begore, not a bad hostel. I would stay again cause i got my moneys worth.
