Liked: The owner is very nice, but not every person of the staff. It is a good place to be.You can meet people from over the world Asia as well as Africa and South America. A lot of Australiens.

Liked: Very cheap hostel. But nothing special. Slow computers, when i was there the internet was down. Not a bad place to meet people but not the best either. The staff weren't too helpful, there'd be a long line of people waiting, one staff member behind the desk talking on the phone and two other staff memebers talking to each other which got to be frustrating at times. but good enough for what you pay for and if you come to budapest to watch movies the hostel cinema is good

Liked: The location is pretty good and the price is cheap but this is practically the only thing that makes this hostel good. Rooms are spacious but everything in it is too old and shabby. Staff varies - female that greeted us was really nice and helpful, but male was so rude and unhelpful. The hostel doesn't have a luggage room which is really annoying. I don't recommend this hostel. Try to find a better place to stay.

Liked: Really nice place to stay.Only remark is that we were in the room for 12 people (nice and big room by the way) and the bathroom was overcrowded because there are no common bathrooms in this hostel, onile private ones. And no door lock on it.

Liked: Had a great stay here and felt at home straight away. I can understand why people stay on longer. Unfortunately internet went down when I was there and didn't get fixed and there were some drain issues which were being resolved. Comfy beds, free towels/lockers/coffee. Watch out for the free shot, it's super strong. Great stay. Will definitely go back.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff, ease of access to most places. Close to metro line and walking distance to the castle. Good kitchen and overall just a great place to stay and certainly value for money!

Liked: Easy location to Metro line (red) if arriving to Budapest by train - and great directions to hostel on website. I'm not typical hostel person - older female - and met young friends from Germany there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think there was great social life among young folks - but, of course, that was not my reason for being there. I felt safe and secure there and could recommend for anyone.

Liked: Fantastic place, good atmosphere....highly recommend. kitchen is tiny and becomes bar at night but really good place to relax and meet people. found out it is a 'blokes' hostel

Liked: Offered everything a hostel could. Very good value for money. Also enjoyed the social aspect that the hostel provdided.

Liked: Price of the beds changes constantly day by day which is annoying but in any case a good hostel which good amenities. Large dorms in particular had good atmosphere and private kitchens. Staff varies but on the whole helpful.
