Liked: This was the nicest, cleanest, calmest hostel I have ever stayed at. The owners are great (one day they made us fresh cookies) and gave us everything we needed for our time in Budapest. I'd highly recommend this hostel to anyone.

Disliked: The computers were not great.

Liked: it was a perfect cosy hostel right in the middle of the town - you can reach everything by foot. 4bedroom was big, really clean, warm, in the 5th floor (elevator) - so also quiet! a cosy living room with computers for access to the internet, kitchen where you have everything to need. we loved this place so much!!

Liked: Very clean, fantastic location. Basically walking distance to all the attractions, and 5 mins from Deak Ter, so you don't have to change metro lines to go anywhere. Plenty of pamphlets, guides and tourist info at the reception. In the jewish quarter, so there are plenty of pubs and vistros within walking distance. 24/7 convenience store on the doorstep. Staff are very friendly, although they're not physically at the hostel most of the time, you have to call them using the house phone.

Disliked: The signage for the hostel is a tiny (maybe 3x namecard sized) card on the wall near the gate. It's not easy to find the first time round, especially since the block numbers on the street are not prominent. Doors are loud, so you can hear whenever anyone enters/leaves their room or the bathroom. Their coffee powder smelled off, so we didn't drink it, and the pots aren't exactly clean, so be prepared if you're intending to self-cater. Please note the tourist tax of 431 HUF/person/night is not included in the price here and must be paid separately!!

Liked: Convenient location & near to city center. Well-equipped hostel with all facilities needed, ie cooking utensils, washing machine. Nice interior decoration and spacious room. Good security.

Liked: LOVELY! Very clean and cozy hostel. The location is amazing! close to all three subway lines and to Vaci Street. The owners were very friendly and really helpful. Linen, towels and Internet was free. They gave us many tips of what to do. Totally recommend staying with them! It was a very nice experience.

Disliked: There's literally nothing to dislike about this place.

Liked: This was the best hostel that we stayed in during our entire trip. It had everything we needed and so much more. It was very safe with key cards and codes (but not too difficult for the guests!) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was a wonderful bonus and this hostel was the only place that had it out of all of the hostels we stayed in. The location was great - lots of bars and supermarkets and it was right by the metro which gets you around the city easily and very quickly.

Liked: The hostel was really good, it was more like a house then a hostel and you had everything you could ever need, like a kitchen, laundry, the lot really!!! the lady that runs it was really helpful, but her english isnt that good, but she will go out of her way to help and make your stay as good as it can be!

Liked: I would highly recommend ppl to come and stay. The staff/owner here is very friendly although her English is not so good. The room deco is very nice and the hostel design is unique. There is no room key as it uses security number to open the main gate and room, which is good because you no need to scare of key losing. The rooms and toilet is very clean with extra tissue available in case it runs out. The living rooms is very comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. There is alot of leaflets on maps and guide available for travelers that does not plan well. But the owner is very helpful in providing every info you need. The computers available is old but is still usable. Summary: Superb hostel!!!

Liked: The most valuable thing is the central position of the hostel, very close to most of the point of interests and to the subway.The hostel was very clean and comfortable, with wide rooms and internet facilities.I reccommend people to go to this hostel if they need a good place where to stay without the chaos you can normally find in other typical structures like this.
