The apartment we stayed in had plenty of space, excellent amenities and was ideally situated for exploring budapest and it's awesome nightlife.

When we arrived at the hostel we were told we had been upgraded, and we actually were unlike the last place we stayed in where we were just sent to an old apartment. The place we ended up in, Opera resisdence was in the city centre and brand new, really secure, we couldn't believe our luck. The only thing was we had to be quiet at night as it is a residential block, other tham that it was great.

It was located less in the touristy part of town so we felt more in touch with the local scene.

this is an appartment so compared to a hostel this is more like home great break if been staying in hostels while travelling would defintly recomend it for anyone

Very nice accomodation, it was like having our own apartment in Budapest! And TV was a bonus! Good location too.

We had a bag mixup, and the receptionist was really nice in letting up us their account to make some phone calls. Really beautiful cheap room with a bathtub and kitchen. Absolutely amazing value for the money. Lots of internet cafes and eateries nearby, plus the metro station is just up the street. I would completely recommend this. The only draw-back was that reception was closed on the weekend, so you had to go through the porters office instead.

You get your own private apartment with kitchen and bathroom in a modern building. The only problem is it is difficult to find. It is an aprtment block and is not sign posted. you have to look on the buzzer and even then may have to ring the number to get in the first time. I think there office is in room 212 so if the front door is open you could go to there.

we had a comfortable self contained apartment, with balcony washer, oven, stove etc. if we stay in budapest again it will defiately be here

everything perferct!!! just take the key and everything is done, all the facilities and full equiped appartment, full means full, everything you need.
best quality-price in budapest, i am sure! just go there and you will realise these words are completelly true!

Everything! Metro station and tram just a few minutes away, 24 hour shops just outside the door, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen that came in real handy for those hangover mornings. Akacfa will definitely be my first choice for my next trip to Budapest.

Basically an apartment which could sleep 4 people, tons of space and great kitchen / bathroom / living area. No problems what so ever. But if you arrive out of office hours (9-5 mon -fri) the porters dont speak much english and so you might struggle a bit. Overall top marks though and def would use again

Spacious room, yet warm enough for the winter. Very modern furnishings, and equipped with electric cooker, iron, wireless LAN. Friendly staff. Our only problems were that the mattress was not thick and pillows were lumpy. But compared to the pillows of other European hotels at the same price, theirs was ok (European hotels at this price is usually less comfortable than Asian hotels anyway).

I liked very much the atmosphere of the hostel, calm and clean, very good location and you feel simply comfortable! :-) Prices - it is worthy, especially of the service they provide! Definitely i reccomend!

The table is the receptionist, you pay by leaving money on the table in the room, you check out by leaving the keys on that same table. It is very safe because the place is really secure as you can only enter the building with keys, by punching in a code or if the guards (who can run down the stairs faster than the lift) open the door for you.

It is great for couples. It is like a serviced apartment. Not good for people who want loads of others around to meet and hang out with.

Definitely the value for money. We paid 15 Euros each for a fully eqipped appartment. Can't find a better price!!!

The double rooms are little studio apartments which are wonderful! Free washing, wifi, and a really cheap internet place downstairs, full kitchen to yourself!!

We were in the appartment and it was great!! Really clean and spacious and in a great location. I will definitely recommend it and return in the future.
