Liked: It has a good location, with friendly staff who are only to willing to help with any little problem, such as: what train to take to the airport, booking trips and so on. It has a small, warm and welcoming feel and would strongly recomend to anyone.

Liked: Good directions given. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds good. Good access to internet. Hostel provided a communal supper one evening per week which gave an opportunity for everyone to get together and added even further to the friendly welcoming atmosphere. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Liked: Best. Hostel. Ever. This place deserves the reputation it has. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the decoration is unique, its a great place to meet people, the location is as good as it gets, and above all, it feels like home. Easily the best hostel I have ever stayed at.

Liked: What a great hostel! definately one of the best i have stayed in! Great bang for your buck and a wonderful place to meet new people, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and would reccommend it to anyone!

Liked: WOW!!!!! what a wonderful hostel!!! I feel so comfy here I don't want to leave! The only downfall this hostel has is I'm not getting to see much of budapest cause I can't get myself to leave the hostel! super comfy beds with proper duvets!! amazing staff and generally great atmosphere! its great for meeting people if you want to head out for a bit of a party, but also chilled out enough to just veg! can't reccomend it enough!!! BOOK IT!!!

Liked: How absolutely beautifully wonderful! We loved it. Everyone was so lovely, especially considering we missed our flights and taxi! but people were so helpful, they made our stay so much fun. We would totally reccommend this hostel to anyone it really was like being home :) only with more fun people. And the decor was awsome! beautiful, beautiful wonderful, amazing. hope to come back.love you all xxxxxxxxxxx P.s Nice bike Pal x

Liked: This was the best hostel Ive ever stayed in! We couldnt believe the friendliness of the staff, thy really couldnt do enough! It really was a Home From Home, and felt like a real haven after walking miles around Budapest each day in the rain and wind. Met some lovely people there and have been recommending it to everyone weve met since! Thank you Home Made Hostel, you MADE our trip to Budapest!

Liked: Remember to be there at 8pm on tuesday! The owners cook dinner for everyone (free). Really good hostel, cosy atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Stop reading now and book this hostel!!!! Will be the best place you stay!The staff here are ridiculously helpful and kind! Seriously the most awesome hostel I've stayed in. Ideal location in budapest. Great facilities! Everything you need. The decor is freakin amazing. Such a cool place!!

Liked: lovely staff, cooked us a traditional meal which was good considering they dont have a bar for socialising. definately stay there again. beds are spartan but if you dont need extreme comfort then it is awesome.

Liked: Really cool spot to meet travellers like yourself along with a really great and friendly staff. Does not prescribe to the party till stupid drunk whilst in the hostel ideology. It is a chill place to hang out before and after you see the sites of the awesome town of budapest, then perhaps go out to a cool bar with some fellow globetrotters. Good location as well, right near the tram and andrasy street, a great spot to be in budapest...STAY HERE!
