Liked: Home Made was one of the best places we´ve stayed at on our 2 month europe trip. Beds were so comfy, great sized rooms, really nice and happy staff. Great place to meet people in the common areas, close to lots of the major things on the Pest side of Budapest, would go back there everytime I visit Budapest, highly recommended.

Liked: I rented the private room and it's enormous, the kitchen has all the basic stuff you'll need and the staff is really nice and supportive. They do your laundry for you! However, I'd a little problem with the water heating. I only had hot water in the morning.

Liked: It was very unique and amazingly accomodating!!!I have stayed in many hostels before and i must say they are right on to of the list of the best hostels i have ever stayed at!

Liked: Home Made Hostel was one of the best hostels that I experienced so farGreat location, extremely cozy, warm and friendly atmosphere, good kitchen, free internet with some PC if you don’t have your own laptop, Decoration of the hostel was amazing and the most important thing is its helpful management that I should really appreciate.very polite staff that trying to help you as much as they can I had unforgettable times over there and I highly recommend this hostel to everybody who wants to enjoy in Budapest I will come back there for sure ......... ! :)

Liked: Stayed in the double bed suite and it was absolutely perfect. Fully equipped with everything you would find in a small apartment (kitchen, dining table, television) and very clean. Showers were nice and hot and the location and staff were great too. Home made hostel is a wonderful place to stay!

Liked: It's beautiful, pleasant, safe, cheap and have good localisation. I couldn't expect more. For sure, the best hostel I have ever been at.

Liked: Fantastic! Simply fantastic. The very centre of the city, so you can get to almost any sight in Budapest on foot. The building itself is stunning! And huge, HUGE thanks to the staff for their helpfulness. Guys, you are amazing.

Liked: Very nice place. We stayed in the double room. The building -excellent location- is like an old palace (needs a restauration but looks extremely charming like now), It's quiet, you can use the kitchen, clean and big bathrooms, free internet... Fantastic!

Liked: It was great there! I felt right at home! Staff was friendly and the rooms were great. But the best thing was the location. Within walking distance to almost all good places to see and right at the metro / bus station!

Liked: The 4-bed private room was very spacious and clean. There were enough bathrooms for everyone to use (the hostel wasn't full when we were there, however, so might be worse at really busy times). 2 computers provided with free internet access, and a decent-sized kitchen. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location right next to Oktogon metro, easy to find and very safe area (with good bars/restaurants just round the corner).

Liked: a quaint hostel with a homely feel. it has a relaxed environment that makes it easy to meet people. the place is always clean and tidy. the staff are extraordinary people. all are extremely helpful and great to chat with. they made the hostel and my experience of budapest unforgetable.

Liked: Really nice place...you really feel like in home...nice room and linen (very warm!)The staff was so friendly and they cook for all hostel in one nights special hungarian food was delicious and we have a very good time...The location is very good (near to everything...and just a couple of step from the metro)I strongly recomended this place...and I'll definitely be back there...
