Liked: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, really nice rooms and great location. Metro only 4 minutes walk away, tram and Spar even closer.

Disliked: There could be a litle more and better equipment in the kitchen.

Liked: great location, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport closeby. good services, well equipped kitchen, fast wireless net, great deco common room, friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room it has everything I can expect from a hostel

Disliked: Almost frightening communist era apartment complex with absurd system of locks and doors.

Liked: Lovely large rooms, very clean, helpful staff and in close proximity to lots of yummy restaurants and bars. All-in-all a great stay.

Liked: We actually didn't stay at Friends Hostel because when we arrived they had had a problem with our room (a party the night before...) so we were relocated to Eitan's Guest House, it is in the same building but in the fifth floor. We got a nice room with private bathroom and fridge and tv for the same price. The staff from friends hostel was really nice and helpful and the guy gave us good advices to move around the city.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Really really helpful staff, clean, quiet but great location.

Disliked: Nothing really...maybe a breakfast would be nice? But it might be too small for that and there are 2 supermarkets closeby.

Liked: Hostel staff was nice and friendly. They were always there for helping me out if I had any questions about various activities, public transportations and prices. Friends Hostel is located in the centrum of the city so one can easily find good restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. And of course it won't take long using metro or tramline to proceed further.

Disliked: Since Friends is not a party hostel, people ought to realize this and respect other customers. If you like to party, please, choose another hostel. The walls are not made for loud noises.

Liked: It was simple, clean, and easy, and with good quality facilities and an excellent location.

Disliked: It is located on a very busy street, so it can be quite noisy at night.

Liked: Superb location next to the Oktagon Metro station - a few minutes walk from the Opera House and Museum of Terror.The staff on arrival were incredibly helpful - we were supplied with maps, lots of advice and they booked a taxi back to the airport for us which was a great service. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and clean sheets.

Disliked: The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms were atrocious - the girl's shower room had mould growing on the inside of the shower and the girl's bathroom had a continuous leak which meant there was constant dirty water on the floor. The floors in the bedrooms were incredibly dusty too so you would make the sheets dirty were you to place your feet on them. The room was also incredibly noisy even with the double glazed windows and shutters closed. It was hard to sleep through even with ear plugs as the vibrations from the trams moved up through the entire building.

Liked: I liked this hostel very much, good location next to metro and short walk to main sights, it is very clean and well organised. the staff is extremely friendly, and they provide everything for the guests, fans and wifi in rooms, guest kitchen, games, videoconsole, sat tv, net, guest kitchen, lots of information about activities.Good place!

Liked: Perfectly nice, secure apartment relatively close to a main train station

Disliked: At the last minute we were moved to a separate apartment a few minutes walk from the hostel, which while it meant we had a private flat also meant that we were unable to use any of the facilities or meet anyone.

Liked: Very clean and the man at the desk was very helpful. Free map was very useful and leaflets with ideas of things to do and ways to meet other travellers. The kitchen was good, even had an oven. The bedroom was a good size and the showers were new. Fan in the room was good seeing as it was too noisy to leave the window open.

Disliked: Was good.

Liked: the self-catering facilities were really good! the place was very clean and andie the receptionist was very very helpful and welcoming!-the fans that were provided in each room!!! extremely necessary yet often not provided by other hostels especially in the summer when temperatures went up to 39 deg celsius!-the showers were incredible!!-the location was really great, near the oktogon station which is one of the main metro stops of the city centre! many supermarkets and money changers close by!-by far the BEST hostel and the most satisfactory in all my travels!
