Liked: Seemed secure and is close to Jordan station.

Disliked: Rooms exceedingly small. No other facilities except for room. Serviced apartments make it sound way bigger than shoebox!

Liked: Easy access to MTR and very convenient to find eating places. In short, very good location. The lady staff is very friendly and warm.

Disliked: Did not tidy room throughout the stay. Luckily they change the towel.

Disliked: NO water heater in my room ... while I cant meet the staffsss, I out early morning for meeting and back late night .. second day of COLD water in da morning .... Zzzz ~~

Liked: Nothing it is the worst place I have stayed in my life.

Disliked: It was disgustly dirty. Tiny rooms would be an understatement. Rude staff that speak not word of English.

Disliked: they only clean up the place after you check out so it will be abit dirty during your stay

Liked: Location is strategic. Easy to be found and near to mrt station.

Disliked: it's really small. Corridor is narrow.

Liked: It was clean and functional - fit for purpose - lots of hot water :-)

Disliked: Plastic covers on the mattresses, small and no room to swing a cat for two sharing.

Liked: The 24hours Security and CCTV Survellieance and Cleanliness.

Disliked: 1) The rooms are too small for Double bed rooms. 2) The lifts are too slow and if there are travellers carrying large baggage, need to wait quite long for the lift.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay but you should be clear that this is a bargain. You may struggle if you expect everyone to speak English or if you are expecting a 'hotel'. This place is fun and high value if you are adventurous. The rooms are quite small, but fine if you're just sleeping there. The staff are truly keen to help you out and the Wifi works well. It is super basic, very cheap, and exactly what you need if you're working all day and want a convenient place to crash.

Disliked: The Embassy has two locations across the street from one another. One has tricky Wifi.

Liked: Central location. Great place to head back after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Clean attached bathrooms. Fun ambience and individual character of each room.

Disliked: Wash basin is very small. Carpet in the room is a bit old.

Liked: The rooms were described as being small and so they were. Considering the price we paid and the excellent location for our tourist programm it was an acceptable choice. We knew what we had to expect and that was it.

Disliked: Cleanlyness was not on top of their list and except cleaning the waste bin daily not much else was done. Fresh towel, soap and toilet paper were given without problem on request.

Liked: Only price per location and fast internet connection.

Disliked: Small rooms (only bed, no legspace!), dirty linen, old and no-English speking stuff. They could not realise I have payed by credit card and demanded cash during whole my stay, and the owner was absent - it was much unpleasant. Google Translate could not help, they don't understand Chinese it produces.

Liked: Great location - so close to Jordan MTR and on Nathan Road. Room was also clean.

Disliked: Room is tiny - 2 twin beds that I think are childrens beds but I think that's standard for HK. Decoration was a little bizzare, we stayed in the baby themed room where there were pictures of babies all over the wall and babies clothes hanging on the walls in the wrapping. Once you get over the weird choice of decor it was ok. Also when we arrived we checked in but didn't stay in the building where the Embassy Hotel was, it was along the road to Jordan road but the guy took us to the room and explained via sign language how to use the key and when to check out.

Liked: The room is considered spacious according to the price we paid. In overall, the room and toilet are clean and comfortable for the backpackers. Also, I liked the wall painting...different colors in different rooms. :)

Disliked: This hostel I stayed was located at opposite building and not the building during checked in (or stated in the hostelbooker). Just feel a bit inconvenient when carrying big and heavy luggage.

Liked: The location is good, and the staff is also very nice and friendly. I stayed in a sigle room, it's cozy, clean and confortable. If you don't want to spend too much $$$ on hotel in H.K, this place is really an economic choice. Also it's safe for backpackers or girls who travel alone.

Disliked: CHIH YIN left no negative feedback.

Liked: I booked this for 8 of my relatives aged as young 10yrs old to 40++, where else I have to stay somewhere else as it is fully booked. Visited to check the in and asked their vedback as well. They love it, cleanliness is their top priority not to mention security. Police will gather there at around 8am in the morning for briefing... so going out early is pretty safe, bus and taxi stop next door in front oh HSBV and Jordan is 10 steps away. 7-11 is at the back, everything is very much accessible. LOVE IT.
