Liked: The room rate is quiet high for the accommodation and rooms are so small

Disliked: It's a bit turn off the lady assigned in the check out. Very poor in customer service and don't know how to smile.

Liked: Building's are really old but the location is really good, right beside TST MTR exit. The check-in only takes 2 min. The room is small, but with cold AC and hot shower. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, this is the right place..

Disliked: For me this is a good place with small money to spend.

Liked: The location is very accessible =)

Disliked: The changing of bedsheets is ok but the toilet is very small. The location is really ok but inside i think it's not safe coz entrance door is outside the hostel/public area. One more thing is that, my room is not properly vented and the acoustical system of the room is very poor. Its very noisy and i can hear the sounds outside maybe its bec its beside the staircase. I suggest that you should do something for this one. Thank you i enjoyed travelling in the country =)

Liked: You can't beat the location. That was excellent. And the air conditioner was needed - and it did work.

Disliked: It does not feel clean or safe. The bed I had seemed more like the box springs and was well used. The personnel need charm lessons - especially the woman I met when checking out. Oh my...

Liked: The location is perfect. Bus and MTR are at a very close proximity plus shopping area as well as restaurants are just nearby.

Disliked: The size of the room is really very small. The elevator serving the whole building can be very hassle at times because there is no lift serving all floors.

Liked: The fact it was right beside the mtr. The room was small but clean and had good internet access. the room was serviced daily. Booked in on the 13th floor but stayed on the 8th with a window which we never closed. Did not need the aircon.

Disliked: The long wait to get up to the room at the lifts. Lack of tv stations, but your not there to watch tv.

Disliked: Some of the rooms needs to be renovated, we booked 7 rooms but some rooms given to our companion were not good.

Liked: It's a nice place where i am able to sleep safely and comfortably! The place is well lit and the facilities are clean! moreover, the location is very accessible to every shopping destination i visited!

Liked: The rate for this hostel is reasonable. It is located in a place within walking distance to the MTR and shopping areas. The room is clean although the bathrooms is very small. Would recommend extending hours of hot showers from 6 am to give early travellers hot showers.
