Every corners and elevators are with regulatory fire-alarm, prevention facilities and CCTV. Security guards inspect the buliding every hour. After 12am, security checks will be conducted at the main gate. 24-hour open reception can response your questions and emergency anytime. Your belongings like passport, laptop and mobile are welcomed to store at the reception.

KCR railway: 5 mins walk to the station, 40 mins to ShenZheng
Hong Kong Airport: 40 mins by bus to the hostel

Closest to the hostel are the major attractions of Hong Kong such as the Victoria Harbour, the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, the Hong Kong Space Museum, the Ocean Centre and the Kowloon Park. The guests here have the choice to indulge themselves in shopping and dinning. Convenient shops like 7/11 and McDonalds are open 24 hours.


FRIENDLY REMINDER
Customers must come to our reception to check-in. There are many other small hostels pretending to be us. Come directly to our reception and check-in with your name or reference number.

Due to the popularity of Venetian Hostel, cancellation or change of bookings must be made:
- before 48 hours prior to arrival date (not arrival time), otherwise the change or cancellation will not be applicable.
- please state your arrival time carefully for the ease of room arrangement
- Email is the only acceptable method for any changes or cancellation. Phone call is not accepted.

If failing to cancel booking before 48 hours prior to your arrival date, 2 nights will be charged (charge one night if only one night is booked)

**Our official check in time is at 2pm. Kindly send an email to inform for early check in.

Pictures shown are for reference only. The earlier you booke the cheaper it is, the higher the room rates, the better the room arrangement. Pictures & videos are referred to the SUPER DELUXE ROOMS,. The room rates are the NORMAL DELUXE ROOMS. Please email us if you want to upgrade!

CAUTION : Prevention for your loss of money, please don’t show your booking sheet to any stranger approaching you in front of Mirador Mansion. They might claim to be a staff member and mislead you to another hostel. Don’t pay any money until you reach our hostel. If you need help, on the road side there are some public phone which charge HK$1 that you can use to call Sandy or get the information from security guards inside Mirador Mansion (lift area). The security will help you to find our hostel more easily.
