Disliked: the rooms are very small, but its to be expectet for this price in hong kong

Liked: It is conveniently located 2 blocks from Mong Kok MTR and so easy to locate. It is just 5 blocks from Mong Kok Market.

Disliked: The signage "SINCERE HOUSE" is too small about 5x5inches only. If you're not keen enough you wouldn't noticed it.

Liked: The location at MongKok is very good, only a few steps from the MTR MongKok station. They have a good and cheap laundry service, only you have to let your clothes and they will bring it to your room once clean. I stayed alone in a private room with shared bathroom, although the room and bws were tiny, also were comfortable. The staff cleaned my room and the bathroom everyday.

Disliked: Only one staff person spoke english and the rest nothing at all, is difficult to communicate with them. If you are a taller person than 1.78cm, maybe the bed will be a little tidy for you.

Liked: Location was good, right near to Mong Kok station, Ladies Market and Nathan Road which leads down to the waterfront

Disliked: Not very good first impressions from the corridors etc and the balconies overlook the back streets of Hong Kong, but once you are in the room you dont see all of that

Liked: When we arrived, Stanley was not there but a staff who spoke a little english was efficient in checking us in. By asian standards , the room for 5 with a shower/toilet attached is enough and bigger than other Hostels that !'ve been to. When Stanley was at the reception, he was very helpful by giving us all the info that we need. Will definately stay there again in future , cause of it's very good location. Food, shopping, transport and entertaiment is all within 3 - 5 minutes walk...what more can we ask.

Disliked: On the way to our room , one can smell cigarette smoke , although there are signs for a no smoking in the hall way and no smoking sign in all rooms.

Liked: excellent location close to the MTR and within easy access to all major attractions in HK. We found this place to be very clean and comfy. The night attendant was very helpful and spoke good english on the other hand the morning staff although very nice has us come up with very interesting ways of communicating with sign language.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Locality. The hostel is located in the center of Shopping & Dining areas.

Liked: In the middle of city where u can easily reach whatever shop u wish to go, have wifi, tv, heater, they even provide water for us, got refrigerator as well eventhough it is quite smelly ~~

Disliked: Nothing to be complained about , but the toilet and room a bit small which is expected in hongkong ~~ ^^

Liked: the young couple were very nice,very patient to answer any questions

Disliked: There is an old man on night duty. The attitude of that man is very bad. no matter what i ask him, he just said:you found out yourself, i don't know. that makes me a little bit sad.
