Liked: Mr.Simon is very nice and helpful and gives you all information if you ask for it. The hostel is very clean.

Disliked: The elevator to the hostel is small and sometimes very busy so you have to wait some time, but not a serious dislike.

Liked: Exceptionaly clean,rooms cleaned and bed sheets changed every day.

Disliked: finding the hostel upon arrival wasn't very easy

Liked: it's in a great location to get to hong kong island, it's really clean and simon is really nice and helpful. kowloon is nice with loads of shops and restaurants and down at the pier is amazing at night with the light show! would stay again no problem & really enjoyed it!

Disliked: ok we're Irish and read all the reviews about the building being "scary" and full of strange characters...& that didn't even prepare us for it! the lobby of the building is intimidating & no fun at all! the wait for the lifts is bad & they are slow so we took the stairs which arnt great but defiantly quicker! however once inside super 7 it's perfect so brave the lobby and you'll be fine!

Liked: The room where i stayed with my husband is clean and nice.

Disliked: Take a long time to wait for a lift.

Liked: PROs: Clean. Friendly staff. Free drinking water. Free wired internet. Cheap for Hong Kong.CONs: Very small room (not unusual for HK I guess). Sometimes long queue for lift, but you can take the stairs. Touts, but they are far from as aggressive as other reviews indicate.

Liked: A clean, basic style hostel with private rooms and ensuite bathroom.Well supplied with electrical gadgets and personal hygiene products. Simon was very helpful and obligingly upgraded me to a larger room. Well located.

Liked: This place was absolutely spotless. It was like brand new. Everything was new quality and the room had bright lights. Simon was very nice and explained everything to me in detail, including the hot water, air conditioning, key system, security, etc. He even offered to rent me his laptop for the same rate as the cheapest internet cafe. I've never had that kind of service in many 4 star hotels I've stayed at. Felt vey safe with a front security door in addition to my locked room. Also there is a security post with guards in the shopping area by the elevators.
