Liked: Nothing! maybe just the location in the city but not the location in the hostels group.

Disliked: Everything! absolutly not clean!!!!!!!!!! (blood in sheets, insects in matress and on the floor, the room didn't clean every day, bed linen not changed when someone left... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) really disgusting hostel!!!!! No safe at all ! ! ! No lockers anywhere in the hostel. Very old rooms and building, no safe at all in case of fire ! ! ! No window in the room,...

Liked: The woman of teh reception is very good person, and in this hotel can you have your China visa, is a evry good place because is so cheaper, good location and the people are nice, the room is'nt very clean but we have toilet inside

Liked: This place is cheap (for HK). The bathroom was clean. The location is pretty good, too - city center, right next to a subway station, some clubs, cheap food, an internet bar, and shopping near by. But in a big city like Hong Kong, this type of location is pretty common.

Disliked: 1. Bed bugs. 2. Absolutely no security. The 8-person dorm has no lock and no lockers. Anyone can get in. 2. Bunk beds right next to each other, making a shared sleeping surface with your neighbor 3. Cold-hearted (angry at the world?) staff 4. No public computer and very spotty wi-fi 5. Promises to cancel your reservation if you show up late

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Its horrible. The towel was cut into half. The room is small and there is no toiletries in the restroom. Our room is dripping wet on the floor and the air conditioning system is like a blower only no cold air coming out.

Liked: This property came at a great price.

Disliked: The staff were rude and clearly looking to rip us off. They withheld $30 HK due to "an unpaid balance" although we paid in full up front. They also put us in a minuscule double room for several days and then moved us to a 10 bed dorm although we had booked a room with 4 beds. We were moved out of the initial room at 8am and had to leave our stuff in the hallway at 8am. The first night in the 10 bed dorm, they woke everyone up around midnight asking what we had booked while about 5 travelers stood in the room while the lights were on. Clearly, they had overbooked. The faculties were not awful, but they weren't exactly clean either. You don't pay much for a night here, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Liked: LOCATION

Disliked: RECEPTION IS A DISGRACE! I HAD RATS RUNNING AROUND THE CELING ALL NIGHT NEVER GOT ANY SLEEP! WHEN I ASKED TO MOVE ROOMS I WAS TOLD THERE WERENT ANY AND HAD THE DOOR CLOSED IN MY FACE! BUILDING WAS RAIDED BY IMMIGRATION!!!!!!!!! WORST HOSTEL IVE STAYED AT IN MY LIFE...DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW HOSTELBOOKERS PROMOTES THIS PLACE...ITS A DISGRACE!

Liked: funny atmosphere with all the salesmen and hanging out people downstairs

Disliked: bit worrying about safety of belongings...but actually when you keep your high value stuff with you it doesn't have to be a problem

Liked: i had a bitter and unforgettable experience with the manager.he is the worsest of worst person i met.i have travelled to hongkong and many other countries many times. i never had such a worst experience.more over my keydeposit hkd 100/= must be refunded to me.if u r a honest .

Disliked: in hongkong as long as that worst idiot fellow lasting as the manager,please dont stay in that hostel.you will lose your jolly and holiday mood.

Liked: Good location near bars, shops and easily accessible from/to all parts of Hong Kong.

Disliked: Situated in a very interesting part of town where drug dealers and prostitutes are only a 2minute walk from the door. The rooms are tiny and very bland, but you'll find that the only people who stay in this ghetto hostel are some of the most interesting you will meet.

Liked: good location. very cheap. room reasonably secure

Disliked: i wasn't prepared for just how basic this accomodation would be. room barely big enough for 2 bunk beds...there were 4 guys sharing and the air conditioning was broken, making it oppressively hot at night. chungking mansions definitely interesting..lots of stalls downstairs, really slow lifts...a few nauseating smells from time to time (rubbish etc.) i discovered from other backpackers whilst there that there were much better (larger rooms, air-con, kitchens and common area) hostels for cheaper. floor 16 in A block especially good, just turn up id advise.

Liked: like: cheap price, they indeed cleaned the room every daydislike: unfriendly staff, tiny room, their booking behaviour, that they want you to pay more money to fully secure your bed, toilet and shower are the same, but that seems to be standard here

Liked: Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Kowloon, 5 minute walk to star ferries. Lots of drug activity and prostitution right outside the doors, not the most secure of locations. If you want a really cheap place in a good location I would reccomend this place, but it is just a place to rest your head, there is not much else offered here.

Liked: As for Hong Kong it's a great place to stay for a budget traveller. Received free room upgrade. They have plenty of private rooms, so if you book a dorm you might be positively surprised. Very friendly staff! Actually no common room to meet people. It's a standard in Hong Kong.
