Liked: near mtr and shopping places. staff are very accomodating. elevator not crowded

Disliked: they run after you to get the key after checking out. its as if you will take the key home

Liked: I like Lee Garden G/H because the locations is easy to find. And for the rate is reasonable, especially for the tourists who only want to get a rest. The facilities at this place is enough completed, like they have microwave and hot water in the kitchen, and the clean bathroom with shower water is very swift.

Disliked: what we didn't like it because is very difficult to have a communications with the staff, they only can speak their own language.

Liked: Value for money compared to the rest of HK. Small room (as expected), but clean and, staff friendly and helpful. Easy enough to get to from airport - just follow instructions on their web site. I was worried about noise keeping us awake due to location, but rooms pretty well sound proofed from exterior, interior walls a bit thin, but that wasn't a problem - depends who you get staying with you I guess.

Disliked: Nothing - you get what you pat for - it met expectations.

Liked: Excellent value for the price. Really well located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air-con worked well.

Disliked: The room was a little small but no complaints considering the price and all the other positives of the guest house.

Liked: Great location, super-easy to get to from the Airport, and close to MTR/lots of food options. Clean rooms, quality bathroom.

Disliked: Super-thin walls in the room, which means fellow travelers can have a big impact on your quality of sleep. Room also smelled of smoke the last night I was there (through vents from smokers in other rooms I believe)...made for a bad last night's sleep.

Disliked: harga tidak sesuai dengan yang ada dihostelbookers, sampai disana kami dikenakan biaya lebih dari yang tertera dan lift menuju kamar sangat tidak nyaman untuk dinaiki, seperti mau jatuh.

Liked: It's location is good, it is clean and basically what you want of a place.

Disliked: No communal area, and it is a little expensive, but both of these seem to be a common trait of Hong Kong, rather than anything bad about the place itself.

Liked: Clean rooms, location was great. Not located in the cramped and mostly dirty Chungkin or Mirador Mansions. Each room has a window which is nice. Very close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and walk distance from most things. Staff were friendly and could communicate in English rather well (both not too common in HK guesthouses and hostels). The owner Charles is friendly and responds to e-mails quickly.

Disliked: Room was very small, probably 8m2 or maybe 10m2, including bathroom. But then again, this is Hong Kong and this is something you will find everywhere unless you're willing to pay more than 100 euros a night. The 'double' bed was slightly bigger than a single bed- but shorter. Surely big enough for Chinese people but for Europeans not so much :) My boyfriend is 1.85m and I'm guessing the bed was 1.20m by 1.75m. We didn't mind so much as we already expected this. Another thing, our plane was delayed 7 hours, but there was no possibility to check in after midnight (we were told to come back at 9AM), leaving us pretty jet lagged to wander around HK with all our bags at 2 AM to search for a place to spend the night. I understand they can't stay up for everyone but a suggestion of another place to go or having given the room keys to the night guard would've been nice.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was helpful. It was not the most friendly hostel as compared to my experience in other countries, but this is Hong Kong, not Europe, Japan, Korea or the Midle East, so that's normal. You get what you pay for in this country. The location was good though; very close to the MTR, and the security was also very good. Many other hostels here are in a very safe and dirty location, but this one was not.

Disliked: Not the best English at the front desk, but that happens a lot in Hong Kong.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room, with a window that can open, even towel, toothbrushes etc. - great for a budget stay in Hong Kong. Close to the a Metro station and with a supermarket serving food across the road. On the corner of Cameron and Chatham we discovered the excellent Itacho Sushi. What more can you ask? Staff were very friendly and helpful.
