Jackie is helpful, and it was cleaned everyday. It's HongKong sized rooms, but there was constant hot water, a phone in my room -which I've not had since- and my sheets and towels were regularly changed. Location is pretty good on Kowloon- not in Chunking hell area, but close to the MTR and some night markets and stuff.

we booked for a double room and the room is excellent. very clean nice and comfortable bed. they even provide toiletries i never expected that from a hostel who gave you shampoo,body wash etc.

Good location near MTR Mong Kok Station and easy to reach from the airport by A21 bus. Good value for the money by HK standards in Kowloon.

Internet use is free, nice location. The owner is kinda an ass though, dont expect him to bend or even tweak a single rule.

The location is fantastic - right at the heart of Kowloon, so especially good for all the markets at nightime. BUT - you can here buses squeaky breaks all night long!
