Liked: Cu\hungking Mansions awfull place to be. If you can try booking in another place. Good location though.

Disliked: Not safe, not clean, absolutely no space, awfull building.

Disliked: people get in your face at the door and there were cockroaches in my bed. The shower didn't work

Liked: At 30second of one of the main subway station of Hong Kong

Disliked: Big bugs and small animals (perhaps a rat or a mice) scratching the wall during the night. The room was really small (but it may be normal for that price in hong kong). Bed of 1.80 meters in a room of 1.80*1.5*2.0. No window. You get what you pay for.

Liked: It's the cheapest in Hong Kong that I could find and it's in a pretty central location.

Disliked: Not the cleanest but livable. You have to line up and wait for an elevator for about 15 minutes before you can go up to your room. The are a million solicitors by the entrance. On the third day, I came back and the lady said shed taken all my stuff out of my room and was going to move it to another room. I dont think anything went missing, but I havent checked for every little thing. My stuff was not exacltly packed up and ready to move but she didn't mind touching all my stuff. The lady was really mean in general, I kind of avoided the hostel during my trip. She was really unfriendly and always yelling. The beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: ..it's convenient to all the good places to HK and very near to MTR station.

Disliked: ..the bed that we booked online was triple bedroom, upon arrival they are giving us queen size bed and a single bed, receptionist told us that we need to pay extra 200 HK$ to have 3 single beds other than that everything is ok..

Liked: Location, price, ease of transportation. One also very good benefit for Muslims, it's very close to Kowloon Mosque, and there are so many Halal food restaurants in the same building and in the area. Also, being in the 3rd floor makes it very easy to manage your way through the stairs if the elevator is crowded

Disliked: Very small toilet and sometimes smells. Advertising is quit delusional and misleading. Not very good air conditioning. Hot water is only available on certain hours in the morning and in the evening (not 24 hours)

Liked: It is in a really good location and it is cheap. The staff was nice enough as long as you were always patient and reasonable with them. They put me in a 4-person dorm instead of the 8-person I booked because I think they thought it'd be a little safer for a female traveling alone, which was nice of them to do.

Disliked: So it's in a really good location but that location is also EXTREMELY SHADY. It's mostly the people who hang around outside the building that make the whole place seem really not safe. Inside, it's not exactly always clean. The whole complex just seems really run-down and they're doing repairs on it. My room, the plaster was falling off the walls and there were little bugs creeping around. The air conditioning didn't work, the fan in the bathroom didn't work (the bathroom always smelled HORRIBLE) and it just didn't give off an atmosphere of clean or safe. Like I said though, they are doing repairs to the building and inside the hostel itself and the rooms that they've redone actually look really, really nice and clean! So if you really want to give it a try, maybe check out the rooms in advance.

Liked: Don't stay here!! Bedbugs the size of cockroaches, really unsafe neighborhood - you have to walk through a porn shop to get into the room, the elevator is always broken so you have to climb stairs to the 11th floor, the internet only works in some rooms, you get locked out of the alley that you have to walk through at 11 at night, scammers are out the front all the time hassling you and trying to get your money and there is no sunlight or fresh air. It's awful. The only redeeming feature is that the woman who runs it is quite nice.

Liked: The place was so confusing to try and find as the reception was on a different floor to the rooms. It was small, noisy and not partucularly clean. This hostel would be ok if you wanted somewhere to sleep only and were in a group or couple as there is nowhere to meet others. I wouldnt stay here as a female alone as lots of harrassment from men outside and ddnt feel safe at all
