 Location, most staff very helpful, courtesy bus to HK Central. Enjoyed dinner but would have been greatly improved with drinks on lovely outdoor terrace (unlicensed area). Agree with others that rooms small but excellent value for money. Would recommend.

it's a hotel, not a hostel! great value for the price you pay, like private bathroom with room service. Staff is very friendly and the location on Hong Kong island is hard to beat (walkable to nightlife district). Only downside is the rooms are tiny, but definately a great place to stay in HK.

We were there a very rainy weekend and were able to borrow an umbrella when we went out. Also were offered the free shuttle to Central (roads were chaotic and flooded). However the rooms are VERY small.

It is in a good location. There is shuttle bus to/from the Airport Station. Staff are accomodating to requests. The bathroom stalls can be a little cleaner. There are molds on the bathroom walls. Not a lot but still visible.

Great location in the centre, for HongKong extremly cheap, but the room service wasn't included (and it was nowhere written, that you have to pay 10% for it!). In generall, it`s more a hotel than a hostel. Good swimming pool with great view, but no location to meet other people

It was excellent - the staff were superb and the location was excellent (the hotel has its own shuttle bus) but there is also a bus stop for downtown right outside.

Its a hotel rather than a hostel. Convenient for mid-level escalators down to "Central" area

The hotel was located in a more residental and certainly very safe area a quick cab ride or 20 minute walk from the nightlife scene on HK island. The rooms were small, but that's to be expected in HK.

Great location in the mid-levels. Rooms are very small but cosy. I agree with one of the other reviews...this is not really a hostel but more like a 3 star hotel.
