Liked: I stayed in a Double ensuite with my wife for 7 days. YESSIN reception & office is at Fortress Hill subway station but the suite that they offered us was at Causway Bay, which was awesome. Bang in the middle of all the action on the Hong Kong Island. When visiting Hong kong for the first time there are only 2 places you should stay in, either at Causeway Bay on The Island or Nathan Rd on the Kowloon mainland side. So this accomodation was fantastic from location & cleanliness point of view.

Disliked: So this accomodation was fantastic from location & cleanliness point of view. The only problem I faced was since I am 6 foot 2 the bath was little too cramped for me. There was no wash basin with mirror. So twice that I shaved I had a lot of trouble. You have to use the kitchenette sink for your wash basin needs. And the shower is right on top of the loo. So evertime you shower the toilet seat gets wet which is kind of annoying.

Disliked: Very small rooms .. As in the rest of Hong Kong.. Not really central position.. Even if I've been only 2 nights and I I had to change room..

Liked: Nice room with windows. Free WiFi. Providing a hair dryer, a microwave, and a fridge for common use.

Disliked: The reception and the rooms are in separate sections. We need to go all the way to the ground floor and walk about 30 meters to change the lift every time we need to go there.

Liked: the building we stayed in (Rialto) is just right across the Fortress Hill MTR Station and just in front of the Tram Stop very accessible. Restaurants, Fastfood Chains, Bakeries and Grocery Store are located within the vicinity..

Disliked: Raissa Marie left no negative feedback.

Liked: The room was nice including a little kitchen!!

Disliked: We went to several floors looking for the reception. The rooms are in different building, but when you have the key everyhting is fine.

Liked: Quite good for an expensive city such as HK. Location is good.

Disliked: No real common room so that other guests go in and out without saying hello most of time. No simple facilities to have hot water for drinks. +4% on price if you pay by credit card there.

Liked: We stayed in a one of the rooms down Jardine's Bazaar at Causeway bay which was a fantastic location. Also the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room size and facilities were much better than we had expected for a hostel in Hong Kong.

Disliked: The bed was a little bit hard.

Liked: Clean and modern. Not as small as some HK hostels.

Disliked: The staff were not helpful and treated you like a chore. When I first arrived early in the morning the man told me to come back and 2pm and no earlier to check in.

Liked: As Hostelbookers made a mistake and gave us a room that was already booked by someone else, the yesinn staff showed more than just mercy and transfered us to a suite (worth approx. 1500 HK/night), instead of the room (price 342 HK/night). Very generous!

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Location is OK. 5 mins walk to the MTR station.

Disliked: The host cancelled one of my 3 days and give the bed to a second person which is finally solved at 1:30 am. didn't get good sleep that night.

Liked: The computer in the lobby. The bedside light. The phone in the room. The new fixtures. Clean room. Hira the house keeper was very helpful. Very competent. Speaks excellet English. Chargig HK$10 per bag each night for storage.

Disliked: Toilet backed up. Too much noise from other water lines. Too much back ground noise. People at the reception do ot communcate.

Liked: Room was clean and free internet was very useful

Disliked: The hostel is split between various apartments in one building. No common room means that it is difficult to meet people. Each apartment has a little table/chairs area but the cleaners sit in there until about 9pm which means you can't really use it.

Liked: not much but I guess real estate prices in Hong kong are ridiculous so cant really get much better than this. It would be good to have a bigger communal area to meet other likeminded backpackers.

Disliked: bed was soo small for advertised "queen" it was barely a single. room tiny but didnt bother me as much as the bed size. air con was ok but the first room i booked didnt work so I had to move to another room in higher floor.
