Liked: The location was the only good thing about this hostle. There is free internet access on one computer.
Disliked: The main owner is quite rude, her relatives who did not work there were much more helpful. I found the owner cold and rude, she speaks no English, and makes no effort to communicate. There are different standards of rooms, inititally we were put in a 3 person ensuite room, it was disgusting, we stayed there for one night before complaining. I was then showed three other rooms, two being below average and one being to a very good standard, but we were not put in this room. There was not hot water. The sheets were not clean. The room was mouldy All i really expect from budget accomadation is clean sheets and hot water and it had neither.

Liked: Booked Marlboro hostel and got confirmation of booking. Only the day before I was leaving for Hong Kong did I get an email from the hostel saying there are no rooms available. I asked if I would get my money back but they did not understand English so couldn't respond to my answer properly.

Liked: Nothing much especially the shower, you have to wait for the water to be heated up before you can take a shower, and the water turns cold very quickly, then you stand shivering in the shower waiting for the warm water again. No one will make up your room unless you require and the worst of all, you can easily hear noises from other guests or phone calls outside the door all the time, which are extremely disturbing and that you can't even have a peace and quiet sleep!!

Liked: I loved the location, clean bathroom and tv in the room. It is also very nice to sit in their small garden, on the 2nd floor. The owners try to create nice and cosy atmosphere.
