Liked: They pick you up whether or not you want the taxi service or not. But, it made finding a taxi so much easier. After getting off the plane the hustle an bustle is intimidating and I am from NYC. You can talk him down if you want.

Disliked: They never removed from the final price the fee that I paid.

Liked: clean, save, air on, wifi, great pick up service

Disliked: we got there in a pretty bad moment as there was a huge problem with overbooking and when after a long wait we got the room it happened to be an upgraded one and the staff wanted us to pay the difference. We refused as it was not our choise and they let us stay there for an original price.

Liked: many other travellers and a nice hostess

Disliked: We were given an overflow room and charged the full price. This room was not as advertised, which was a shame. Also, they claimed that the Hostelbookers deposit wasn't included in the price; make sure they don´t catch you out on this. Also, they may mention a tax, which was casually dropped following my objection. It´s not exactly a straight up pricing policy at this place.

Liked: It was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and even warm water.

Disliked: One of the staff wasn´t particularly helpful but one was ok. Internet cost more than most places.

Liked: Large rooms with bath... English speaking employees... a good crowd of poeple are drawn there... decent walking distance from town center (20 mins)..large homey common room... large kitchen...I especially liked Carlos who drives the guests to and from the airport and the Grand Bus Terminal for great rates

Liked: Staff is extremely helpful and kind. They offered us a lot of great ideas of things to do on our trip, information on other hostels, and even entertained us with a song!
