 the hammocks were amazing and it was a quick walk to the beach, tiendas, and much closer to Tikal than Flores (it could be really great if there were simply more people there!)

Both Cristina and Chloe were great: friendly, helpful and just down to earth people. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed there. Just 30 minutes for shuttle to Tikal. Perfect place to chill out for a few days!

The manager was very friendly and helped us out when we ran out of cash, giving us information on where they accepted Visa card. he also gave us cash to help us out and then put it through as credit card payment.

Great location, felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, off the beaten track, which was a nice change for a couple of nights

Hostel is located between Flores and Tikal in the town of El Remate. mini buses are easy to catch throughout the day to and fom El Remate. If you´re looking for something a bi tmore quiet and local, this is an ideal place.
