Liked: Not too much

Disliked: Bathroom and room should be spotless as they dont't have many customers and it's not. A humble and simple hostal doesn´t mean dirty it´s the lesson that some hostal owners should learn, I stayed in many simple hostales in Guate and they were very clean. For 4 $ more you can find much better places in Xela. No really hot showers

Liked: Great place for the money. Bedroom and bathroom were cleanroom. There is a nice terrace with some potted plants to hang out and catch good views of Xela. Reasonably quiet at night. The woman who runs the place was very friendly and chatted us up quite a bit. It's one of the cheaper places in Xela and a great value for the money.

Disliked: We like to cook and the kitchen was gross. The sink was overflowing with dirty dishes and the kitchen is tucked in a cupboard underneath the stairs. Poor cooking facilities.
