Liked: Very helpful staff - helped and provided advice on everything needed - let me have a late checkout which was very nice. Good basic simple rooms. Well priced. Great Internet. Would easily stay here again.

Disliked: Restaurant downstairs is a little pricey - better options in the area.

Liked: We got a nice three bed room with our own bathroom for 6 US per person, so it was really worth the price. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, one nice lady even gave us discount on beer because we where out of local money (we were going to leave country early next morning) :)

Disliked: Not a real problem, but they could mention that the place opens at 6.30 am, we took an overnight bus from Antigua and had to wait outside for an hour. Well, the sunrise at Flores was beautiful and we would probably would’ve taken the bus any way.

Liked: Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Free presentation about Tikal ruins given by owner. Great food in cafe.

Disliked: Rubbish shower. 3 person room is next to kitchen - gets very noisy from 6am! They didn't have our details when we arrived - we were lucky the room was still available, our friends were not so lucky and had to be put in apartment across town.
