1) The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. 2) The cleanliness and inexpensive cost. 3) The hostel has a select group of taxi drivers and these drivers do not overcharge. 4) The owner speaks several languages which is very helpful to those guests who do not speak Spanish. 5) Because of the owner/staff the hostel was a "happy" place to stay.

very clean. aeroport pick-up. friendly. very close to the aerport but fare from the bus stations. the hotel is a bit expensive and the bus/shuttle service at the hotel is very expensive for the country.

Well located for the airport, this is more a B and B than a hostel but that is a good thing! There werent many people staying there but my room was clean and welcoming and it had a TV. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I arrived late at night and they got some food delivered for me as there isnt much around the hostel. They helped me get to my next destination and cooked a great breakfast too!

The fact that it's a family run business and they are very welcoming to their guests. They didn't mind the fact that we had 2 kids with us a 5yr old and a 13month old baby. We were able to use the microwave, stove and fridge with no objections. We would of like to have more options on the breakfast I would suggest more variety like waffles, cereal, fruit cups, hot chocolate, oatmeal, etc. Perhaps more continental at times. We were there for 4nights- 5days and I know they are getting started and hopefully in the long run there breakfast services will improve.
