Clean and quiet. The staff are bi lingual but encourage you to speak spanish.

This hotel served our purposes in Antigua. It was clean and the location great. If you want a hotel with atmosphere and where you can meet other travelers, this is not the place to stay though.

safe and great location. clean. however, it is so loud around the area that even though the hostel is quiet, you won´t get to sleep until 2 or 3am. i booked 5 days ahead on h.b. and they did not have my reservation.

The owner Darryl is really friendly, and helpful. He responded on timely manner to my concerns before going to Guatemala. The rooms in the hostel varies, we stayed in the Room 4 for 2 nights, it was definitely worth of money, big, comfortable and bright! There is a huge bath tub and dressing room. I had great experience staying with Rustica.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from checking in to helping me with other travels plans and what to see in Antigua. The place was immaculately clean. All the facilities you could want, kitchen, fast internet & Wi-fi, pool table, Cafe, Bar, travel desk, TV's, DVD, terraces, gardens, fountain, hammocks, bag storage, 24hr reception. Great value, plus a location that can not be beat.
