Liked: I really liked the place, clean and safety, moreover the staff was really helpful. Located just 5 minutes walking from the city centre...definetely recommended!

Liked: We spent 4 nights in a private room and had an enjoyable stay. The hostel is cost and quiet, the room was comfortable, wifi worked well and the tv room was a nice bonus with several cable channels. Location is a little far from the centre but still a reasonably easy walk. Would stay here again

Liked: Very clean, nice kitchen, plenty of good dvds, great value.

Disliked: It is about 8 blocks from the centre. It's not a big deal but I'd have preferred somewhere closer.

Liked: The staff arranged our pick-up from the bus station and otherwise organized everything necessary according to our wishes very well! Nice and quiet hostel with everything necessary you might need.

Liked: Very quiet, great staff, and lovely hammocks.

Liked: The owner is friendly, and you can use the kitchen, so finally some cooking again! Hammock in the garden is great and so is the little garden. Could use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee. Owner can arrange tours and shuttles.

Disliked: We stayed here during 'Semana Santa', which is great in Antigua. But the owners doubled the prices for the rooms! Paid something around 240Q during Semana Santa, now, after Semana Santa the price is 120Q for a double room with two persons in it. But of course if people (like me) are willing to pay this price that is no problem. Because of high price I think the value for money is poor. Trashcans in the room were never emptied during our four day stay, neither were the sheets changed. Hostel is also quite out of the center of the city (15 minutes walking), for an equal or lower price you will find a lot of places quite downtown.

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel! It was so nice, it felt like home... Good breakfast, TV with DVDs, internet, clean bathroom with hot water, nice rooms.. And the woman who owns the place is really lovely and was so helpful! I can't thank her enough for what she did for us! I wish I could have stayed longer in Casa Bellona! I would totally recommended this hotel!

Liked: very clean hostel, good bathrooms!

Disliked: Not the nearest one to the central plaza in antigua... The internet or more the pc is not for free... 4Q per hour!

Liked: Casa Bellona has nice, quiet rooms which are clean and come with wifi. We stayed here for a couple of days and liked it very much. The hostel is located about 10 minutes walk of the center, which makes it a nice quiet place. Daniella is friendly and is willing to advise good spots, nice places to eat etc. We arrived from Guatemala City airport at 23:00 and were picked up by shuttle booked by Casa Bellona, which was safe, quick and friendly driver. I would defineatly recommend this hostel if you are looking for a relaxing quiet room in Antigua.
