Liked: Nice people who run it, until there is a problem - ie. booked for 2 nights but find an overnight bus so wanted to leave after 1. First lady told us we could cancel 2nd night, then claimed not to have understood the next day and cancellation was no longer an option, even when we tried to book bus ticket with them.If booking bus, pay for 1st class as the 2nd class is just a local bus and the price difference isn´t that much. On the plus side, good free internet.

Liked: Very nice people. Not very clean and you get shocked by the shower. A bit expensive in Guatemalan terms.
