If you want vacations in Zakynthos by the sea, in a big estate (Biskinis estate since 1888) with 260 meters front to the sea, with a "private" - secluded beach, then "Kavos Psarou" is the right place for you. A delightful block of apartments built with respect to the local architecture.

Built in a tranquil, refreshing, green, Mediterranean, environment, you will find real relaxation and the authentic Greek hospitality of Biskinis family. It is located in the center of Zakynthos east coast, with superb views to the Ionian Sea and Kephalonia Island.Accommodation is set in a lovely olive forest.On a walking distance you can find a couple of tavernas with local food and a couple of mini-markets.

Kavos Psarou has 4 studios on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor.
Studios are suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, they have 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. There is also possibility for a folding bed, on request.
The rooms are spacious 32 meters sq. with large balconies and a sea view. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette which includes; (oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery, small fridge, hotplates) and private bathroom with shower. All studios have satellite T.V. You can change linens and towels every four days, towels you can change also sooner upon request.

Kavos Psarou has 2 newly built apartments at the upper floor, attic (Aeolus and Poseidon). Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed, made of hand worked steel, one sitting room with sofa-beds, kitchen and private bathroom.

They are very spacious (45 meter sq.) and can accommodate 4 adults. There is also capability for one extra folding bed. In the front part of the attics there are large balconies with a superb sea view. Decoration and furniture are made with special care.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, electric stove with air extractor and all commodities for your everyday needs; (oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery etc.) The bathroom is large with a bathtub. Apartments are air-conditioned with individually operated units.

The sitting room is equipped with wooden furniture and 21 inches satellite T.V.
Apartments are also provided with safe-box free of charge. You can change linens and towels every four days, towels you can change also sooner upon request.

Kavos Psarou is a delightful structure with traditional architecture in Meso Gerakari village at Psarou resort.It is located in the center of Zakynthos east coast, with superb view to Ionian Sea and Kephalonia island.
Due to its central position, distances at every part of the island are short making it suitable for day trips.
The accommodation is built in an estate with typical Mediterranean vegetation surrounded by grass, flowers and olive trees.
The building is situated just above a lovely pebbly beach and in only 50m there is a totally sandy beach with shallow, crystal clear, turquoise waters.
In close proximity there is a fishermen's port where is possible to anchor your boat for free. Kavos Psarou is the ideal place for those who are seeking for a tranquil accommodation to relax in privacy and have easy access to a beach.
The surrounding typical Mediterranean countryside is a perfect setting for nice and peaceful walks.
