Where the cerulean sky meets the azure sea you will find the Balcony Hotel. This romantic boutique hotel is located Cliffside, offering a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the Tsilivi beach. Combining the traditional architecture of Zakynthos with modern comforts, the hotel is a family enterprise which offers genuine hospitality and attention to detailed service.

The Balcony Hotel offers 33 beautifully furnished rooms with both double and triple accommodations. Each room has an exquisite sea-view -veranda where dramatic sunsets can be enjoyed. In addition there are two, two bedroom apartments.

All accommodations include a bath, or shower and refrigerator, air conditioning, television, telephone and hair-dryer.

The Balcony Hotel is found 5km outside the city of Zakynthos and less than 1km from the tourist resort of Tsilivi. Direct access to the beach can be found from the hotels parking lot.Tsilivi offers an extensive white sand and a variety water sports.


Cancellation policy:
At least 15 days before date of arrival. For cancellations later 15 days of arrival and for 'no show' you will be charged with 30%of the total reservation cost.
