the hotel was RIGHT on the beach..and we went at an off season but the staff was really friendly..it was sort of hard because no one really spoke English but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and did thankfully speak english

Friendly staff who were really helpful. It has an excellent location in Perea. A few footsteps from the beach and lots of eating places and shops beside and opposite.

Location is very good. 15km from Thessaloniki centre. Lots of good restaurants near by. Not everyone working at the reception speeks English. The Greek restaurant across the street is perfect.

I liked the customer service, the helfulness and the staff behaviour! The rooms are small but cosy, very clean and have very nice view to the sea. I had better accomodation here than the noisy Thessaloniki, which is very close by bus. I would definetely recomend staying here!

we had apartment with 2 double rooms; it was very nice and clean, private bathroom, balcony; it's quite far from tessaloniki but it's 10meters away from the beach; the beach is not too sandy but the watter is not very deep and it's very nice; good place to relax

one block from the gorgeous beach and tons of tavernas along the beach. A souvlaki/gyro fast food place accross the street. Very friendly, good english at front desk. Accomodating. So worth it.

The staff were helpful, especially with booking taxis to the train station and calling up on our behalf to ask about train times. The room was clean and had a large terrace with a sea view. There are lots of tavernas in the area and a supermarket to buy food if you so wish. The beach is pleasant and wasn't too crowded.

A very clean hotel on the edge of the beach. A little far from the city center but easily accessible by bus, and as transport was cheap, it was not a problem. Staff was friendly and informative. The area was very quiet but that was mostly because my stay was over a low season. Overall a good experience.

It was great that it was so close to the beach and we had pretty views from our balcony. It was kind of complicated to get to Thessaloniki on the buses (we thought it would be closer to downtown, where the sightseeing is), but once we figured it out it wasn't that bad. Also, it's a hotel, not a hostel, so the room was nice and it had it's own fridge (although there weren't really 'kitchen facilities') and it's own bathroom. If I came to Thessaloniki again I would stay here.
