 for the fact that thessonaliki doesn't really have Hostels, Hotel Rex is a nice compromise. sharing your room with only one other person, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and for a good enough price. walk in to town is not far, and the train station is right on your door step (handy when you have a 6am train to catch!). the only downside is the road noise, but if you're a seasoned traveller, it won't bother you too much.

Its a hotel at hostel price, just opposite railway, 15mins from center, clean comfortable, but nothing special, ie a cheap hotel.

near to train station, walking distance to centre, basic hotel for hostel price, cheap and simple and was perfect for our arrival and exit into northern greece. excellent if you want a good nights sleep on your way to somewhere

It was airconditioned. They charged me the price of the booking even though they had only a double room available. It was next to the train station.
