When you get at the main port ask the people in the information desk when to get the bus for Megas Gialos. When you get on the bus you just travel for approximately 25-35 minutes (depending on the route of the bus) and you get off at the stop called Alifragi (ask the bus drive) to tell you which is the right stop to get off. 30 metres from the stop are Manos Rooms.
