Villa Ariadni is ideally located for a relaxed and pleasant stay whilst being close to Skiathos Town and all its conveniences.

The town is just 10 minutes stroll away and the nearest beach of Xanemo is 15 minutes stroll away.

There is a swimming pool with bar where one can have a dip and a drink while enjoying the views.
The views from the villa are simply stunning and on a clear day one can see as far as the mountains of central Greece.

The lake of Aghios Georgios is a haven for many species of birds and in spring and autumn many more birds stop here for a while during their migrations.

The top class accommodation comprises of:

Studios for 2 people (with room for an extra bed for a child).

Apartments for 4 or 6 people.

A "Kalivi" (small Greek cottage) for a couple or a group of youngsters. (2-4 people)
All the accommodation are finished to a very high standard.

All have balconies or patios, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms with a shower.

Also every studio and apartment is equipped with TV sets and radio tuners.

Free parking is a "standard" for every guest.

Kerasia Ioannou, the hostess, is always available to help her guests in any way possible.

She would be happy to arrange car or moped hire, boat hire or boat trips or anything else that could enhance the stay at Villa Ariadni.
