Almost everything, from George who was very kind, helpful and patient :) up to the location which was very close to the center of Thira and to the bus stop yet was very quiet. There is also a very good and relatively inexpensive tavern "Elia" close to the villa which we enjoyed three evenings in a row :)

George is AMAZING, he is extremely helpful, the rooms were spacious, and clean, the beds were made and room cleaned every day, they helped us book trips, rent ATVs and directed us around the island for anything that we needed at all. I would strongly recommend staying here.

really clean, nice and new, friendly staff, would definately stay here again although is not close to the beaches so would prob only spend 1 night in Fria and the rest at perissa

It is a good budget hotel. The owner Mr. George is a very nice man and had given us a lot of help. It was very nice that Mr. George had drived us from and to the port. The room is spacious and cozy, although a little bit pity that it doest not face the sea (but when considering the price, it is rather reasonable). Also Mr. George had passed us a card which describes the address of another hotel. It is by this card that we could find our next accommodation in the Crete Island after 10PM. It is really helpful.

Truly excellent! George and Dina are really nice and warm, and the place is a steal at 18 euros pp for a triple room that is almost like a resort suite. Easily the best accomodation i've stayed in so far across Europe, and the most value for money one. However, the actual accomodation is in a different building a 5 minute walk away from the reception and the main town area. It might be a good thing to stay slightly away from the bustle and traffic of the main town square though.

the hotel owner,george, has got to be the best hostel owner i've ever encountered. very friendly and helpful. airport pickup was efficient. very clean hotel, and conveniently right in the centre of fira. don't usually say this, but i would 100% recommend staying here.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful when we first checked in and gave us maps and advice about the best beaches, restaurants etc. We were also picked up and driven to the ferry port for free.

The room I've got was just gorgeous. The pool is very small but its better than nothing I think. The location was the best part! It is very in the middle of Fira so you can go to anywhere very easily.

George is such a kind person! The location of the hostel is quite convenient to public transportation. The cleaness, the facility in the room were also good. Everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend it to other friends.

Staying at San Giorgio Villas was definitely the right choice since it is very conveniently located in the town and everything was easily accessible. George & Dina hospitality was superb! They were a wonderful and very helpful hosts.

Mr. Goerge is very friendly and extremely helpful host. He´s a wonderful source of information and pointed us to the cheapest internet, food, and atv rentals on the island.
The room we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and just off the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really friendly staff and very convenient airport pickup service.
The location is also excellent, 1 mins walk to Fira. If you have ecnomic or booking reasons to not live in Oia.San Giorgio is the best hostel.

Centrally located, this was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. George was extremely accomodating and helpful and we felt completely at home there. I would definitely stay there again!
