Liked: FREE INTERNET and they have this adorable kitten named "Charlie" in the reception area that I fell in love with. The place was so cute, had a great pool, free wifi, and was a 5 minute walk from the main road and Perissa Beach. The ATV rental place was a 2 minute walk. The family that owns the place are SO nice and will help you with anything :)

Liked: Your basic budget hotel - efficiently run by a great group of people. Perissa is a fun area to be in - away from the mass tourism of Old town and Ia -- but close to the beach. You'll find better food in Old Town than Perissa, though. There is a car rental place within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Liked: The family-run hostel (Karen, Mike, and Danielle) are all super nice and helpful!!! The A/C was a HUGE plus when I visited during the summer, and for the private room, it was a great price with a TV and included towels in the room. The location was great -- a 5-minute walk to Perissa Beach, and close to a 24-hour bakery (the owner is wonderful), market, and post office. The only complaints I might have are 1. I wish the WiFi worked in the room so you don't have to sit outside and 2. Their credit card machine was broken so it was cash only.

Quite a silent town if you enjoy siienceWeaknesses (Actually not weak at all...)1. No blankets and shower curtain provided2. Relatively far away from main road (but still just 2 mins walk)3. In a ghost town during low season (so as all Santorini)Tips:- Owners could provide good value options in arranging car rentals and boat excursion, so please don't hesitate to ask!=STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Liked: Unfortunately I was there during the off season so not a lot of people in that time. But Mike was a great host and I passed a good time with him. The site is ideal for beach lover as you are very close to the beach of Paraissa. Also the hostel has a great public area and a pool, a great place to meet people during the tourist season.

Liked: The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The place is about 500m from the beach, and about the same distance from the local bakery (open 24hrs), grocery store, etc.

Liked: Very nice apartment in quiet location. The family were helpful and the apartment was clean, if a little basic. Beach was very close and very nice!

Liked: The dorms weren't too bad, especiaaly after the price drop during the low seasons. The other rooms looked really good. The pool was just OK.

Liked: Pretty much like a self contained villa - rooms with five beds, kitchenette, ensuite, TV, all that. Only problem was the sewerage - it blocked up a few times :(

Liked: it's value for money depending on how much you're paying. everybody is paying something different for the same room these days.it wasn't as social as i would have liked but it's between the beach and the main road in parissa so it's not too far from anything except of course the rest of the island. you really need to consider hiring a scooter or quad to get around.

Liked: Fantastic location and a beautiful place to chill out for a few days. Loved it! Great drinks at the bar too - I miss the mixed fresh fruit drinks already!
