Liked: Everything. Very helpful staff and clean room.

Disliked: Nothing, just a little bit difficult to find the hostel as it is hidden behind other buildings.

Liked: The owner, Rosa, is incredibly friendly, helpful and nice. The room was very clean and spacious and I had a lovely view overlooking the terrace and the archway covered in flowers. It was also very cheap since I had my own room for the same price as if I was sharing with a group in a hostel.

Disliked: My room didn't look like the rooms in the photos which was slightly disappointing and it was also very hard to find. The directions on the website were vague and since there is a Villa Rose and Villa Roussa in the vecinity, asking for directions was a nightmare. There's no street signs so a general map of the layout of the roads and location of the hotel would have been helpful.

Liked: Great place, but not up for meeting people... really clean and Rosa us suoer nice an really helpful as well

Liked: We went to Santorini in February, so we were the only ones on the premisses. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, the room was great, and it's a 10 minute walk into Fira. You can easily get dropped of up the street on the bus, or you can get one from in Fira.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: i want to thanks Rosa for being so understanding, our ferry had problem, so we end up taking the later ferry and arrive the next morning, and Rosa didn't charge us for that particular night, Thanks again, Rosa.
