Liked: It was right by the beach and the staff were extremely helpful.

Disliked: Nothing really. We went in down season so knew it would be quiet and a bit cooler. Was still very nice.

Liked: Was a fantastic place to stay. Great spot so close to beach and bars/restourants. The staff were friendly and the services on offer were great, free use of washing machine, pool, internet, help you to get a quad etc

Liked: Everything! Great location - right by the beach, clean and well equipped rooms, nice clean pool, bar, option to hire bikes and go on day trips through the hotel, free pick up and drop off to port or airport, friendly staff.

Disliked: Would have been good to have wifi in rooms rather than just in main common area, but it actually wasn't a big issue. Otherwise everything was great!

Liked: Nice, clean and comfortable rooms and facility. Great location, right on the beach and restaurants/bars. Free transport to and from the airport and port. Staff was very helpful and informational!

Liked: beautıful and amazıng locatıon ıf you want to stay on the black beach. ımportant to be aware of how far of a dıstance ıt ıs from the maın town though.

Liked: Amazing! So close to the beach, great rooms with AC, bathroom and kitchenette, free washing machine, lots of tours you can do.

Disliked: hard to get anywhere except the beach.

Liked: We loved Sanfransisco Steve!!! He works there, generally behind the bar, and he's awesome. Also the location couldn't be more perfect, especially if you love the beach. It's literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Perissa beach is gorgeous, and you can lie around on a sun chair (which you have to pay for the use of of course!), you can do water sports. There are a row of lively restaurants and bars lining the waterfront, and they range from cheap to moderately priced. You can watch DVDs on the small tv in your room, Steve has a great collection. Perissa is not that close to Fira (the Capitol) or Oia (the gorgeous town up on the cliffs where everyone goes to view the sunset), but getting there by bus is easy and cheap, and even easier if you rent a scooter or quad bike from nearby. Bout 20 mins to fira and double that to oia. This was convenient for us as we only visited oia and fits one time each. We preferred to spend our time on the relaxing perissa beach.

Disliked: There was a faint "drain" smell in the apartment. It wasn't great, but not awful. Definitely bearable! Not noticeable while in bed. The pool was a bit too chlorinely for one of us, the other one loved the pool.

Liked: So close to the beach. Close to many nice bars and restaurants. Friendly staff

Disliked: our room was right next to the pool so nice and early in the morning we could hear people making noise. Wasnt too bad though

Liked: You get a private little villa which has lots of space, a decent bathroom and kitchen and if ur up a level, a balcony. the place has a pool and is 30m back from perissa beach. computers to use and wifi as well. pool bar and everything reasonably priced. so so so worth it!

Liked: Great location! So close to beach, tons of restaurants within a 2 minute walk, and close to bus stops with express routes to Fira. There were organized tours which were a great way to see Santorini if you're short on time.

Disliked: None at all.

Liked: They were really helpful with any of our questions and requests. They helped sort out any tours we wished to go on, organised all of our transport to the different areas of the island we wished to travel, including trips to and from the port. Service was great, the pool excellent, and the free laundry service (do it yourself) was awesome.

Disliked: Nothing to add, no dislikes, will definately go back there again.

Disliked: it constantly smelt like sewerage and they advertised a free transfer from the port but would not take us back unless someone else needed to be picked up so we had to pay for a cab

Liked: We really liked that the property was located so close to the beach! It was also so fantastic to have a washer and free use of the computers to use the internet. We had a problem with our ferry and the staff was super helpful in getting us the information we needed and new tickets. He worked with us for quite some time to make sure that we had everything we needed. We were so grateful and would stay there again.

Disliked: The kitchenette was very small and made the space a bit cramped but it was not anything that would prevent me from staying there again.
