Liked: Spacious clean and tidy rooms. We booked a twin ensuite and got a triple to ourselves. Kitchenfacilites very handy. Safety box in our room. Nice balcony space, pool and bar. Steve at the bar is great value! Perfect location on the beach. Free shuttle bus to and from the port.

Disliked: Bathroom was small and smelt but probably due to the low quality of water. Nothing other than that. Loved it.

Liked: Location and staff were great and very helpful. The actual place itself feels like a resort yet will on cost you 10 euros a night.

Disliked: Not enough washing machines.

Liked: Absolutely amazing location for a great price, excellent staff and services, even free pick up from the ferry terminal!! I would highly recommend it to anyone, and will certainly be making an effort to stay there again in the future. We had a great 2 person private room overlooking the pool.

Liked: Everything about Anny Studios is great! The location is literally steps away from the black sand beach, the pool is great, and the staff is very helpful. They have a washing machine that's free to use, and when they asked if we wanted to have to twin beds in our room instead of a double, we ended up getting a room that had four beds (two in a separate bedroom) for no extra charge. If you're going to Santorini, STAY HERE!

Liked: Absolutely amazing location (literally right at the beach), facilities, and staff. They were super helpful and friendly and easy going. Honestly the best place I have ever stayed

Liked: The location is amazing, they offer convenient rentals of scooters or 4 wheelers, info on daytrips, and free airport or ferry port transfer. Safe luggage room for your belongings. The pool/outdoor bar area is very nice.

Disliked: Only one washing machine for the whole property. We were traveling in two groups of two with our own itineraries for the day and were not allowed to have a second key for the room. The water in the room for cleaning and bathing is saltwater, not a big deal just weird.

Liked: friendly and helpful staff, good location (just right outside the beach with good restaurants just next to exit

Disliked: shower was a little disappointing, shower hose seemed to have a problem no wifi in the rooms, only at the lobby, made searching for information a little troublesome

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing... so friendly and helpful. Also, the location is perfect because it is literally a few steps away from the beach

Liked: The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. They were there to answer every question we had, and when our ferry was canceled, they called around and found a ferry that would bring us to the next destination. They even provided free transportation into Fira so we could catch the other ferry. Clean, friendly, great location.

Liked: Great location! The pool is beautiful! Lot's of restaurants on the beach front! We hired an ATV and went exploring for hours which was the best thing we did!

Disliked: The bathroom is tiny especially the shower. Very small shower.

Liked: Great, helpful staff. The rooms were big each with their own balcony, in a very traditional Greek complex. Literally 10m from Perissa Beach, which is an awesome beach. And easy to organize tours, rent mopeds, etc. Maybe the best hostel I have ever stayed at!

Liked: Best location, steps from the beach and restaurants, Cheap quad and scooter rentals to explore the island, rooms were simple but the pool and lounge are really nice,don't stay anywhere else!

Disliked: nothing!

Liked: Really cool place, its still got a hostel fell but its more like a hotel. Its really clean, the location and pool are awesome and the staff were really helpful, loved the free wifi and the port pick up and drop off!

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great staff - very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a balcony which we could dry our wet clothes and it looked over the pool. Drinks at the poolside were very well priced. Free internet (both computers & WIFI). Has lots of activities/excursions that you can join. Super close to lots of restaurants and the beach.

Disliked: It said we had a kitchen but it was a portable couple of elements and didn't have things like sharp knives to cut things. The shower was hand-held rather than free standing. The walls are quite thin and so you can hear other people and our air-con didn't work properly - some days it would be fine, others it wouldn't work.

Liked: Place is close to the beach and bars. Town of Perissa is not a such a busy place as Thera or Oia.

Liked: It was right on the beach and close to Ancient Thira, easy bus access to town and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and supermarket nearby. Free internet and laundry; nice bar and pool area; really helpful staff. Room was great, liked the balcony overlooking pool.

Disliked: Stay would have been perfect if we'd had the option of being dropped at the port more frequently as we wanted to catch the early ferry (it was much cheaper, but not if cost of taxi to port was added).

Liked: Very close to the beach. In a really nice part of the island. The staff was very helpful and the free ride to and from the port was a plus.

Disliked: Little bit cramped and the "shower" was unreasonable.g
