Liked: fantastic family run hostel/hotel! the staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful. they organised a tour of the volcano for us and helped when we had issues with a flight we were trying to book. also a short walk from the beach at Perissa.

Disliked: only issue is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and outside.

Liked: The owner and his wife are incredibly nice and helpful. The owner picked us up at the port and drove us to the hotel where his wife gave us a quick overview of the area and transportation options. The rooms are very new and clean. Location in Perissa is 2 blocks from black sand beaches and tavernas on the water. Room had a fridge, hot plate, dishes, and silverware even though we selected a room without kitchen. Owner drove us back to the port when our stay was over.

Disliked: Wifi does not work in the outer rooms, but does work in the main courtyard area and in the main building. Although the rooms are new, the bathrooms are poorly engineered. The water on full blast shoots out of the sink and shower. The tap water did not taste potable, but they sell 1.5L bottles for a euro.

Liked: This is easily one of the best places we stayed in for our trip. The room was huge, with a huge balcony and a nice view of the mountains. Artemis, her husband and her staff are very helpful, giving tips and advice about Santorini. And they were so nice about picking us up and dropping us off at the port/airport.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I liked that this place was very close to the beach, bus stop and lots of mini marts and souvenir shops. There was a bakery and a laundry around the corner. The location is great. Black beach, bust stop is a 2 minute walk from the place.

Liked: This place is perfect. Really clean, spacious rooms and minutes from the black beach. The owners are really kind and helpful. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. Definitely the place to stay in Perissa.

Liked: Artemis is so friendly and helpful! My room was actually pretty big, and very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect - just of the main road in Perissa and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The bakery just around the corner is also great - it is opened 24 hours and the pastries and bread are inexpensive.

Disliked: The walls are a little thin, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. The hotel is not a noisy place however, you can just hear people talking and walking by.

Liked: The staff at this hostel were incredible! Even though we did not manage to get the 5bedroom that we had requested for, they offered us 2 rooms which were more spacious for the same price!! They also were able to accommodate our last minute change of date! The perissa beach is lovely and only 5 minutes away (: Even though we went home late at night we felt safe ALL THE TIME! Overall, it is a CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL place to stay in! If you want a true santorini experience, this is place to be!!

Disliked: The water was slightly salty and though the bathroom was large, the shower cubicle was a tad small.

Liked: This is a lovely little hostel, really nice accommodations (big room with little kitchenette, cute balcony). There is a little reception area/bar that serves food and drinks and you can get help from the family that owns it (they are very helpful with recommendations and directions). We liked it because of its proximity to the black beach of Perissa (which is the nicest beach on the island in my opinion). If you don't want to stay in the main town (Fira) this is your best bet. I really preferred staying on the beach side of the island because the town really only has things to do at night. Really close (5 min) to the beach and tons of restaurants, bars, clubs, nightlife. I'd definitely stay here again.

Liked: Artemis is the sweetest lady ever and we truly felt welcome and at home at Princess Santorini. She and her husband were very very helpful, flexible, and accomodating - loved the family-owned atmosphere and the facilities (kitchen, wifi), as well as the shelf stocked with movies and books. The hostel is within five minutes of a bakery, the beach, and a bus stop to other cities in Santorini. Definitely stay here!

Liked: We didnt stay at this hostel but the owner moved us into the main town of fira in another of his hostel which is call Blue Horizon which was excellent. a hint dont book anywhere else on santorini outside of the summer because it is all closed

Liked: everything!!! this was by far the greatest experience we had on a month long trot around europe. artemis and her husband roberto are amazing hosts. we will def be coming back in the future. its also very close to the beach as well as convenient to everything that you need!

Liked: We went at the end of the season, first days of October. The hostel was great for us as we looked for a place that offers calm, cleanliness, warm people and close to the beach. We found that the place covered everything that we needed. It is a hostel for the family and couples... if you want to be in the move, search for something on the (Perissa) beach or in Fira. Princess Santorini Villa gave us a really unforgettable time. A place to return!
